This fabulous completely remodeled living space is available for vacation, work, and race track rentals. Walk or bike ride to the beach or canyon. Your private living space features a fully furnished bedroom and bathroom with your own private entrance. Sleep like a King or Queen on a high end matress. Super close to the beach!

Fully remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath residence with private keyless entrance.

Stunning walk in shower (complete with shampoo, and body wash ) Blow dryer in bathroom. Ceiling fan as well as AC!!

Enjoy a goodie basket in your room as well.

This was an absolutely perfect location. I was visiting my son who lives in delmare. I was able to walk every day to his place. It was the perfect size, just for me, very clean. Much better than staying at a hotel. I feel like it was hope

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to everything you would want to do in the Del Mar area. Within easy walking distance is a shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants, drugstore and more. Super convenient and the price leaves you more money to lose at the racetrack.

Diamond In The Rough

This little studio is perfect for a couple or small family like mine and is in a great central location, its literally 15-25 mins from everything. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in a safe area this is it. We appreciated the complimentary snacks, water and coffee. The T.V. had tons of content including kids stuff, which my kid appreciated. We had a packed itinerary so didn't hang out at the room much, but the time we were here we felt safe and taken care of. This was our first time staying here but not our last.

Hubs and I had a wonderful stay! Gorgeous neighborhood and room was on the smaller side but very clean. Host had books with best places to eat and explore. Ventured out a few times for some great eats. Thx u for the recommendations! Hit the beach each day. Nights were beautiful. Walked to the market every morning for sbks coffee and amazing breakfast burritos on the other side of Von’s. Felt very safe and comfortable.
Neighborhood was absolutely amazing. Tons of lush vegetation, and enormous trees like this one!

Quiet Neighborhood

This was a great property in a nice quiet neighborhood very convenient to everything you could need. They had all the amenities you could think of for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it & would stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

Property was the safe, clean, well equipped suite as advertised. Loved walking the neighborhood and catching a trail that led to beaches. Host super available and helpful. I recommend and will stay again!

Weekend Get Away

Lovely location, quiet neighborhood. The room was cozy but for a weekend getaway with outdoor activities planned it was ample.Keri has made thoughtful additions to enhance the experience and utilize the space very efficiently.

Mom and Son getaway

My youngest son and I were in San Diego to watch older brother play soccer. This was a perfect place for us to stay that wasn't the team hotel. Keri was super helpful at check-in when our code wasn't working to get us in the door. She responded quickly and helped us get a new code setup. The room was just what we needed as a landing point between games. My ten yr old gives the bed 5 stars!

What More Does One Need?

I met friends for a weekend in Del Mar. We were going to be busy. Beach in the morning, track in the afternoon and then nightlife. This property was perfectly situated. Easy access off the freeway. Quiet neighborhood. A short walk got me to a shopping center with everything I needed, including a grocery store, good food and coffee. A seven minute drive got me to Powerhouse Beach. It’s an 11 minute drive to the track, avoiding the 5 freeway and the heavy traffic on Via De La Valle. All the nightlife fun you could want close by. Of course, any of these attractions are easily available using a ride share service. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The welcome goodies were appreciated!

The perfect everything for me!

Keri is an amazing host you can tell shes been doing this awhile! Everything was amazing, clean, super comfy bed, peaceful neighborhood, and i love the book shes created for activities, restaurants, etc. Cant wait to come back!

Getting out of the Texas heat

My husband and I celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary in beautiful Del Mar. Keri’s place was super clean, comfortable and the bed and pillows were amazing. Located in a lovely neighborhood and it was just what we needed for our short stay. Keri was very responsive and even gave us recommendations for our anniversary dinner. The instructions Keri provided for check in and check out were step by step and very clear, and she even left a basket of goodies for snacking. We will definitely stay at Keri’s place again if we ever make it back to Del Mar and we highly recommend her place. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Keri, your place is a hit!!!

Great value

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend trip to Del Mar. It is a super convenient location with a Von's, CVS, Starbucks, and 7-11 within walking distance. We really only used it to sleep as we were busy during the day. The bed was very very comfortable which is always important to me. The room was clean and had all the conveniences of a hotel room; microwave, small frig, coffee maker, and hair dryer. The complementry goodie basket and bottle of wine were a bonus. There is no air in the room and, although the neighborhood is really nice and safe, we didn't feel comfortable leaving the french doors open, so it got a bit stuffy. The ceiling fan helps move the air. I would definitely stay here again. It is a good value for the area.

A good place to sleep but nothing else.

Checkin was excellent and the owner friendly. The room is tight and location requires a ceiling fan to run in the summertime which is noisy. The room and bathroom were clean. The front door can be opened for better ventilation but then you hear highway 5 which is close. If you just need a place to sleep and shower, this will work but it is not a place where you would desire to hang out.
