Waller’s Hollow is the perfect hideaway for your next Edisto Beach vacation! This home, which was freshly updated in the winter of 2019, has been a family-friendly getaway spot for decades.

The location is supreme, just a short walk to the beach access point on Cupid Street with shops and restaurants only three blocks away. Bring or rent bicycles to help you explore your surroundings. After a memorable day of playing in the waves, you can retreat to the screened porch with a cold drink and relax to the sound of the waves. Dual living areas, ample parking, and flexible bed arrangements will keep your entire group comfortable and under one roof. Take a break from the daily grind, come on down, and get on island time!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House was spacious for two families. My only complaints are the tile flooring had severe cracks and was even missing a piece of the tile which when you have toddler’s crawling they could get hurt and the elevator wasn’t working. Carrying your luggage and groceries was tough especially for two older people going up and down those steps. Overall it is a very nice property very close to beach with lots of room. On our day of departure my car battery had died called our Edisto Beach Vacasa office and an agent came out and jump started the car, soo Thankful.

Comfortable rooms, great location, wonderful central air. The kitchen is small with a dishwasher that tilts forward when you load it.jack n jill bathroom downstairs and separate bathroom upstairs from bedroom.There is plenty of space for people to hang out, relax, and play games. Easy access to a great section of the beach

Great beach getaway

Property is in a great location, easy walk to beach access. Kitchen was well stocked, and the house was very clean. We will definitely stay again.

Great getaway

Beautiful home just a very short walk to the beach! Would recommend renting a golf cart so you don’t even have to move your car. The house has fantastic indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is a galley kitchen but has everything you need, and the dining room table is huge- perfect for gathering or gaming. The bathroom downstairs has been renovated with beautiful shower. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This older beach home as perfect for our family getaway! Very clean (and I’m a clean freak), updated furnishings in living areas, comfortable beds, small bath soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in baths, basic kitchen cleaning products in kitchen. A Comfortable Perfect Experience

This was the perfect home for our vacation. We loved the comfortable coziness in this home. The fireplace, the screened porch and deck were all used frequently during our stay. It's not all modern, it's has quite the homey atmosphere. Everything we needed was there, the location was private and quiet (with palm trees surrounding the property) and we could have been more surprising pleased. There were a limited number of availabilities to choose from during Christmas, but we were amazed at finding this gem on such short notice. Hoping to be able to rent it again in the summer.

Hurricane Debby

The property was as described! It was a wonderful space with two separate sitting areas for family to have time away from each other. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by Tropical Storm/ Hurricane Debby that brought 2 water spouts/tornados to the island damaging power lines. We elected to cut our trip short after 2 nights at the property. So we did not get to enjoy the space as fully as we hoped. We would rent it again if it is available next summer.

Spring Edisto Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house. Close walk to the beach access. Outdoor space was nice (porch swing and back yard). Sandy Road in front of the house with very little traffic, great for kids to ride bikes. My only concern about the property was the deck railing slats are spaced quite far apart and we were very worried about one of our toddlers slipping through. Kitchen had all the things we needed.

Family Long Weekend

We loved this home. It was perfect for our family long weekend with 4 adults and 3 kids under 5 years old. One family was able to stay downstairs, and one was able to stay upstairs with their own bathroom each. Porch swing was very nice under the house. Loved the paved driveway for the kids to ride scooters and bikes. Very easy walk to the beach with all of the children. Very comfortable lounging areas with couches and TVs downstairs and upstairs. Everyone could have their own space or be together when desired. Would have loved curtains on the windows in addition to the blinds for darkness. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Love the big kitchen table. Perfect for us!

It was a good location for all of us. The beach was a short walk, the grocery store was 3 minutes down the road, and the house was in good shape. It is showing its age but pretty clean. All of our kids spent most of their time outside in the front and backyard. Overall, we all had a good time.
