"The Bird House" at Champions 1-18 is a 2 BD/2 BA walk-in unit located in the center of Branson in one of Thousand Hills Resort's beautiful properties. This property has a great view of some of Branson's newest attractions as you look out the glass enclosed porch. The evening skyline is a beautiful array of neon lights and other attractions found on 76 Country Blvd. We invite you to be our guests and enjoy this lovely property.

PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a walk-in unit (no flight of stairs, but there may be a couple of steps), our units are not ADA compliant. The front door has a minimum opening of 30". Neither the bedroom nor bathroom doors are ADA compliant. Unless seen in the unit pictures, no stabilizing handles have been installed in the bathrooms.
**This property does not have access to the pool on-site** A great alternative is the Branson AquaPlex which features a 12,250 square foot aquatic park with Zero-Depth entry leisure pool, kiddie pool, slides and more! Daily Admission is $6.50 per person.

Absolutely loved the area. Quiet location and close to the strip. Rooms were very clean. Host was easy to contact if we needed anything, which we didn’t because it was all ready and perfect. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. We will definitely stay here again

Better than Advertised

Location was centrally located in Branson but quiet and off the strip. Condo was nice and clean, well equipped, and better than advertised. Will be my go to place in Branson from now on.

Nice place

Nice place a little confusing with two doors with same number but different letters. But overall a nice place close to everything but in a quite neighborhood.

Great place to stay in Branson!

We had an amazing stay! I originally booked another property but the air conditioner went out before we arrived, so dreams2reality upgraded us to a 3 bedroom condo very close to the original property. It was perfect!

Quaint Comftorable Clean

Beautiful 4 season room overlooking water and golf course. The condo was very clean. It could use some updating but definitely functional. The heating and cooling system needs either an upgrade or maintenance as A/C did not work at all. Heat was inconsistent. System would roar as heat kicked on, then would blow warm air for a short duration, then blow cool air, causing the need to raise the temp. Then, it would get too warm and have to be kicked down again. Not ideal for relaxation. We had some issues with the door not locking when exiting, but turned out it was an alignment issue due to contracting and expanding due to temps. The door just needed to be pulled and held closed while pressing the lock button. The stripping under door hung up on the threshold, causing the door not to close, which was an easy fix by re-tucking into the door. Wi-Fi connection & staying connected were irritating and especially difficult to keep multiple devices connected. With all that to say, the tech team and owner were a message away with quick response time. Very courteous and helpful. Daniel arrived quickly and resolved most of the issues, and even gave me a ride to meet up with my family after staying back to wait for assistance at the condo. All in all we had a good stay. Thanks again Daniel!!
