Welcome to Sun Rays and Lake Days at Bridges Bay Resort! This 3-bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps 8, with panoramic East Lake Views. With your booking, you secure six daily passes to the waterpark/outdoor pool. Your home away from home offers full size kitchen appliances, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, small appliances such as a toaster, crockpot, electric skillet, blender and coffee maker (coffee not furnished) are available for your use.

Steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are furnished. Breakfast bar with 4 stools on the kitchen island and the dining table seats eight. Step outside to your own spacious private deck with outdoor table that seats six, along with outdoor set that seats four. Living room offers lots of light from the high windows, large sectional sofa, cable and high-speed internet is open to the kitchen and dining areas, perfect for entertaining.

Master bedroom offers a queen size bed with on suite bathroom, separate shower, dual vanity and walk in closet. Hand soap, toilet paper and an assortment of towels are furnished for your stay. A washer and dryer with detergent is furnished. All 3 bedrooms are on one level, Bedroom (2) provides a queen bed (pack n play in the closet if needed) Bedroom (3) offers two twin over twin bunk beds.

Just across the bridge you will hit Broadway Street in Arnolds park offering tons of Restaurants, Bars, Live Entertainment, Orbitz Mini Donuts, Tropical Snow Cones, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, the Iconic Nutty Bar Stand, Shopping at the Emporium, and so much More! Within a few miles you will find grocery stores and convenience stores to stock up for your stay

Six daily passes to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark are included with the cabin reservation. Bridges Bay Resort offers two direct waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe and; Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children's play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills.

You can be assured when staying in an O.V.C. property your linens will be clean, the property sanitized and stocked for your basic needs. linen, toiletries, propane replacement are also included in our concierge services included in the posted cleaning fee. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
