Boasting well-appointed living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, wood flooring upstairs, new carpet downstairs, new tiled bathroom floors-- . There are two equipped upper balconies with exceptional views to enjoy anytime of the day on.
This vacation rental will please everyone. Spend summer days on Village Lake just steps away or find the winter wonderland that awaits at Wolf Creek Ski Area! The summer offers many hiking opportunities, rafting and tubing the river through town, outdoor concerts/festivals, farmers market, and shopping. Walkability to local restaurants, coffee shops and groceries. No matter the time of year, a soothing soak in the downtown hot springs is an essential part of any visit to this still small and quiet Rocky Mountain town!

Wonderful condo - well stocked and in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and grocery store. Saw deer every day in the back yard which we really enjoyed. Owner has tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable and communicated well.

Great town with an even greater place to stay

My family and I stayed here for a few days and we can't even describe how perfect of a spot this was vs. a hotel. Great home away from home, would book again.

They condo was very nice. They only suggestion I have is to clean out the refrigerator of all food/condiments between renters. Lots of expired items in door.

A great location to stay

This place was the perfect location for getting around Pagosa Springs. We never drove more than 25 minutes to get to the places we wanted to go! We spent time Hiking, Horseback Riding and soaking in the Hot springs that included a little pampering with a Massage! We would recommend this location to anyone who needs a place to stay in Pagosa Springs, CO!

Great home!

Clean, bright property with lots of space and great views! We even fed the birds, to have a young buck come up in the yard and eat the bird food, then hang out for a little while! Highly recommended!

Amazing family vacation

We enjoyed a family vacation and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The photos do not do this place justice, when we arrived the condo was very homey, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. It was stocked well and we appreciated how clean everything was. The beds were very comfortable and the ac units kept the place cool in the summer. We stayed over the 4th of July and when I messaged the owner about the possibility of extending our stay, she could not have been nicer about it!! She let us extend our stay and also gave us fun tips of things to do with the kids! The views from the balcony are beautiful, lake and Mountain Views and one evening we had 7 buck deer laying down outside the kitchen window for us to enjoy while making dinner! This was the perfect mountain retreat! We loved that it was close to town, but away from the hustle so we could really feel as if we were in nature. We are already planning to book this condo next year!

Wonderful Adventure

We had a very peaceful relaxing time. The accommodations were great. The view of the mountains and watching the Mule Deer was a lot of fun. Colorado weather was showing off.

Great experience!

Everything is exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal after a day on the mountain! The location is great! Check-in was a breeze! The condo is CLEAN! I would highly recommend!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We especially loved all of the deer! Right out the kitchen window and deck we saw a doe and her fawn. Location is good. We were very comfortable and felt at home. It was quiet, neighbors were nice and the home was clean and relaxing. We also enjoyed and appreciated the artwork! Thank you!!!

Very clean and just like the listing. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Very comfy beds and nice foyer to leave all of our ski attire. Kitchen had all the staples. We cooked each night. Would definitely come back again.

Truly a memorable time!

We couldn’t have asked for better place to stay while we enjoyed our winter wonderland stay in Pagosa Springs. What a cozy & accommodating this unit is!!!! You can tell the owners have thought through necessities & little luxuries. The entryway was well appointed with lots of hooks & shoe trays for all the winter attire. The beds couldn’t have more comfortable. The kitchen had everything that one would need to feel at home. The crackling fireplace on a very chilly night after a day out in the snow warmed our bodies & souls. We really enjoyed this unit & will definitely share it with friends looking to visit Pagosa Springs.

Great Condo and Great Location

Loved the condo and the location!! Close to trails, restaurants, town, etc. Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed to be comfortable throughout the condo. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Pagosa Springs.

Nice view!

This condo was well stocked in the kitchen with spices and condiments, plenty to cook with. Very convenient location to City Market and restaurants. We saw the neighborhood deer as we walked. The beds and bedding were good quality and comfortable.

Love, love, love. Beautiful view of the mountains and small lake. Lots of hiking trails north of property. Piedra Falls hike is awesome We so enjoyed the condo It had all we needed for our 10 day stay. Close to restaurants and the grocery store. Don’t tell too many people about this place, we want to come back! It’s quit neighborhood

Charming layout and town

Place is great! The upstairs with the 2 decks creates a very nice flow and great views. It has everything you need. Very clean, nice and cozy! As a large bonus there was normal things you wouldnt bring there (tea, coffee, filters, spices, etc...try to repellence as you use them). Grill is always nice to have. Cannot recommend enough! PSA if you are looking at your gps, the place is behind the main road! Turn down Lighthouse drive to get there.

Just the right place

This place was perfect for our family of 5. There was plenty of space outside for our kids to play in the snow while we watched from the balcony. The main strip of shops and hot springs was about a 5 minute drive and there are plenty of places to eat near by.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

My family and I love Pagosa Springs and this property didn’t disappoint. It is conveniently located and has a beautiful view of the mountain range and pond. The condo itself was very cozy & inviting, clean, and very well stocked (even with reusable grocery bags!). The dispenser of shampoo and body in the shower wash came in handy because I forgot mine! :) Overall this property was perfect! We’d love to stay here again!

Great condo in Pagosa for a short ski trip with my teenage son

The property was a clean and convenient place for my son and me to stay for a few days while skiing wolf creek. Plenty of good places to eat in close proximity.

We live and work in Albuquerque for the last 17 years. We love coming here to Pagosa as it is one of the last small Mountain towns. It is so relaxing here and we lover our views. Durango is under an hour from here. Wolf Creek is less than a 30 minute drive from here.
