Enjoy the convenient and central location of this cute home that is less than 5 minutes away from Florida State University and less than 4 miles from Downtown and Midtown.The home is fully equipped for your stay in Tallahassee. We love hosting families and workers who love the privacy of the three rooms and spacious living room.

The space
All bedrooms will be fully furnished with a bed frame set, mattress, and nightstand. Two bedrooms have their own private full-sized bathrooms.
The unit contains a washer and dryer, a kitchen equipped with a dual full-sized sink, appliances like the fridge, stove, oven, microwave.
Target and Publix are right down the road as well as many local restaurants. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet, perfect for relaxing after school or work.

Guest access
You can park anywhere on the driveway in front of the home. Can fit up to 4 vehicles. You will get a personalized door code before check-in and get the entire property to yourself.

Great Spot

Convenient

We stayed here while visiting our daughters going to college nearby. It was super convenient and located near all the things we needed. The host was awesome with communications and the cleanliness was above par.

Parents weekend

We were here for an extended stay for Parents weekend and both games. This worked out perfectly for us. So close to everything.

Yu was very easy to communicate with. The house was easy to find. The neighborhood was kind of sketchy but we didn’t have any issues. I think it is a cut through street for the homeless around the area. The house could use a good deep clean. After reading reviews of a clean place I was thrown off guard with the uncleanliness of the bathrooms. I ended up cleaning toilets (lids and outside of toilet) and showers before we used them. The showers are due for new shower liners. We all slept great and appreciated the 3 full bathrooms. The kids appreciated the Roku TV. Close to FSU. The AC worked great and we were thankful for that. If you just need a place to sleep this is the place. It served its purpose.

Quick weekend getaway

The property was “functional”. Served the purpose. The cleanliness was disappointing. The floors needed mopping. The showers had signs of mildew. And there was a stale smell throughout the property. The backyard area was not usable. And the neighborhood wasn’t very desirable. The kitchen was not well equipped and the silverware was dirty. The beds were horrible and squeaked terribly. The cleanliness never allowed me to be comfortable. Ok property for a quick visit if you don’t plan to spend much time actually at the unit, otherwise, just pay the extra money to stay at the hotel.

Close to everything, great stay!

Yu’s place was incredibly clean and in the best location in Tallahassee. Very near the bars and restaurants as well as the universities. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed and then some.

This property is just minutes away from FSU and within 10 min drive to FAMU, downtown and Cascades park.

This is a large 3 bedroom property that will fit as many as 8 guests. Large parking lot to fit up to 4 cars. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Centrally located. We also have a Keurig with free coffee and tea for your morning needs and free Netflix for your entertainment needs
