Beautiful 2bed/1bath villa with a comfortable private outdoor space and a sea-view terrace, located only a few steps from the beach! The space
Just outside the gate, you’ll find access to one of the best beaches in Salento - the aptly named Spiaggiabella, which in addition to white sand and clear water, boasts spring-fed freshwater that meanders out to meet the ocean and is perfect for rinsing off and refreshing.

Inside the gate, you’ll have the pleasure of a shaded veranda, with an outdoor shower to rinse the salt and sand off to your right, and a built in bbq/grill/wood oven to your left. Further to your left there are steps up to the rooftop terrace, from which you can enjoy views of the ocean, and inhale the refreshing sea breeze.

Through the main entrance you’ll find yourself in the comfortable living room, with a sofa that can also be used as a bed for two, and a smart TV from which you can access all of the streaming service via the WiFi that is available throughout the house. The living room leads into a spacious and well-equipped kitchen on one end, and on the other end into a small hallway from which the bedrooms and bathrooms can be accessed.

There, you'll find two large bedrooms with double beds – one of which has a spacious en-suite bathroom and the other which has access to the patio. The third bedroom is a cozy but adequate space between the other two, and is equipped with a bunk bed. The other bathroom, despite being located on the interior, has wonderful natural light and a high ceiling, due to a structural skylight being located above.

There is a nice flow to the floorplan, and with the kitchen connecting to the living room and also having a door to the veranda near the bbq area and the steps to the terrace, its perfect for socializing and both indoor and outdoor dining.
