South Beach

The property is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was at checking in. We were given the wrong door code. Luckily we had the phone number and the new and correct code was given to us very quickly.

Excellent facility, small building, no crowds. Probably the nicest furnished condo we’ve ever staying in, the past 20 years. Ample parking, located right on the beach.

Misinformation

Trip got off to a bad start. Door code which was sent to me did not open the door. Called the provided phone# and they had the same code but did tell me to try a different symbol at the end. That worked. After getting settled which included putting away spray cleaner which was left out on a table in the living room, we headed down to the beach...well actually we didn't. No gate code was provided to get on the boardwalk. We had to walk two buildings down and use the public boardwalk. I did call the provided phone# but was told nothing could be done until the next morning after 9:00 and even then I would need to call back. It would seem better if they called me back when they got the information...whatever. The next morning we were lucky enough to be downstairs when another family was headed down to the beach and she was kind enough to give us the gate code. The condo itself was great! Plenty of room and overall clean. Too bad management provided misinformation and left out other needed code to get to the beach.

Spring Break family vacation

We had a great vacation right on the beach. The beds a very comfortable. The resident neighbors are so nice, it’s a lovely place! Just fyi because these are things I wondered about - no beach service is included, but available to purchase, There are not any beach sand toys or beach towels provided or left behind by other guests. We had the pool to ourselves each time we used it. The management company was quick to respond to any questions, but I don’t love that they sell you an earlier check-in or later check-out (we did buy the early check-in since we drove through the night due to adult kids’ schedules.

Family 👪 vacation

We arrived at the property and we were greeted by a neighbor that owned a condo in the building very friendly guy. He explained that we could park anywhere that wasn't reserved and that a lot of people that owned condos actually lived there and some people chose to lease theirs out. Environment was very friendly right away. As we arrived to 301 we could not enter the condo so I contacted management, the lady tried to reset the code several times but it didn't work so she was able to unlock the door from the office. She informed me that she would have management contact me so we could get a code that would work. I thanked her for letting us in and told her I would wait by the phone. Once we entered the view was breath taking. The condo was beautiful. So we settled in and waited for a call.. By 1pm the following day I hadn't heard anything from management in an email or phone call so I called and explained the situation and a maintenence tech was sent to our condo. Upon inspection of the lock she said the code wasn't incorrect our instructions were invalid due to the updated lock.😔 . It's great it's an updated lock . Sad that it was something so simple that wasted almost a full day. I have since reached out to management for the nearly 24 hours that was lost to see if there will be any make up for the time. The only other issue I seen was some flickering of the lights in the master bathroom the kitchen and the lamps in the master bedroom and living room. Hopefully it is bulb related and not wiring . And the latch on the sliding back door will not lock. Other than that the amenities were in perfect order, beds were comfortable, ever the pull out bed on the couch was comfortable. I would recommend this property. The view was amazing and we had a wonderful vacation despite the first 24 hours.

Perfect location, beach view was absolutely beautiful. The condo was very nice and clean inside. The location itself was very secluded and not a lot of people. Great place!
