You will be quiet, and less than 4 minutes walk from the sea 🌊 The house is close to shops, and the center of Grau-du-Roi.

You will have a private 🅿️ parking lot one space in the condominium, and free public parking (year-round) in the adjoining street.

⚠️ The house is located in a small quiet condominium, and in a private space of 14 houses.

⛔️ The house is not suitable for parties of all kinds, due to the proximity of other houses.

💶 Stays booked after 01/07/2023: possibility of recovering €100 at the end of the stay, in case of compliance with the internal rules of the house and the co-ownership.
