Beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house

This home is located in South Weber in a great family friendly nieghborhood. Lagoon is located 15 min south of home. Bus stops are within walking distance. Supermarkets, convient stores and shoping malls are within 5 mile radius. 15 min from Weber State University. 30 min from Snowbasin ski resort. Living area is very spacious. 1300 total squar ft. of living space.
Beautiful fenced in private yard with grass and plenty of shade. Private kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Fully furnished. There are flat screen smart TVs in every room all with internet access along with PlayStation 4s (3 total) with headsets if guests are into gaming. Maverik is just down the street with in walking distance where you can rent games from the Redbox there.

South Weber Utah House

Older looking home on outside view, but inside is roomy, comfortable and clean. It's nice to have comforts of home when traveling.

Very comfortable and unique place to stay

We enjoyed all the comforts of home staying here. We thought the place was great and enjoyed all the PlayStations that were provided. We especially thought the decor was unique and interesting. Loved the Astrophysics and Science theme throughout the place. Great location, close to everything. The property manager was very kind and accommodating.

Great Stay

Everything was great, convenient location, secluded and quiet, great modern amenities, clean and comfortable. It had some really cool extras that made it feel like home , like a piano , several tv’s , coffee station. And I had three perfect nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. Solid recommendation !!!

It is not the whole house. It is just a converted basement. There was no where to sit outside and enjoy the air. If you are plus-size, be aware the shower in the bathroom is the size of a camper-trailer shower. It was very clean and well worth the amount we paid. Very cute.

This property was great for one night. Easy location to find. The access code did not work without calling the manager. The bathroom light switch needs repaired. It's not safe to be in the shower and have the light turn off.

This was probably one of my most favorite stays. My daughter loves science and all the informational posters throughout the house was like a mini museum that kept my 8 yr old entertained. It was a quirky little space cowboy environment and I loved it. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots, and pans which were perfect for cooking. Small cons which were totally manageable for us: shower is extremely small. I’m a larger person, I wish it had more space. Second, one of the bedrooms did not have a door but they placed privacy curtains. Lastly if you don’t have a car, groceries are a bit far but there is a few walking distance restraunts and gas station. Overall, I’m very happy with the stay and I would recommend it my friends. Excellent hosts!!

Ruim en koel

De woning was ruim en ondanks de hitte buiten binnen heerlijk koel. We moesten wel de oven schoonmaken voor gebruik en niet alle prullenbakken waren geleegd. Voor de rest was de woning schoon en netjes.

Husband liked posters on the walls. It is clean, well-stocked with cooking utensils, coffee and pot. If we were going to be in the area again, we would reserve the lodgings again.

Great place and great price; does not sleep 5 adults

For the price, it is very hard to complain. Place was clean, spacious, and nice living area. Here are our constructive criticism: 1) A couch doesn't count as a bed for adults, esp a short one that basically caps at 5'6" height. There are 2 queen beds and a couch. Our one friend on the couch slept with a cocked neck on the armrest all night. 2) A kitchen with no cutting board is very sad indeed. 3) It would be beneficial to add a door to the second bedroom. 4) other guests requested more pillows per bed. Also would be cool to get an aux cable or some sort of utility from the 2 speaker systems in place that are rendered useless.

Perfect Location for Lagoon

Stayed here with our kids during a trip to visit Lagoon, and it was perfectly situated and appointed with everything the family could want to be entertained and comfortable, including smart TVs, PS4, and a DVD collection. There were cool posters about the Periodic Table and other quirky science references that were fun to read. The property was beautifully located in a quiet and charming neighborhood. The host was excellent in communicating. Will definitely like to stay here again!

Lagoon Getaway

We spent the day at Lagoon and didn't want to have to drive back to Idaho that night. The space was clean and comfortable. My family and I got a kick out of the "Space Cowboy" décor! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to relax. It is helpful to know that one of the bedrooms has a curtain instead of a door to it and it doesn't have any windows or a closet. All the same, we slept great and would stay here again.

Lagoon getaway

I rented this place for my family for a trip to Lagoon. This basement apartment was a perfect alternative to a hotel/motel accommodation! Clean, comfortable, and a great jumping off spot for anything you’d like to do in Salt Lake. My Family had a great time. Would certainly book again!
