The Island ferries are close by making trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket a breeze. The living area and kitchen have an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. There is a loft with two twin beds as well as two bedrooms on the lower level. Furnishings and decor provide a coastal feel. Lots of board games on hand for family fun. The kitchen is fully stocked and a gas grill sits on the deck for easy access from the kitchen. There is a large private outdoor shower located on the deck. An extra-large capacity washer and dryer will help with your laundry needs. Central air conditioning throughout the home as well as ceiling fans in the main living area. A fire pit is provided and the shed is loaded with beach gear ( beach chairs, umbrellas , coolers, beach toys , beach wagon and blankets ). Bikes may be stored in the shed. The quiet residential neighborhood is located close to Main Street in Hyannis which is lined with great restaurants and shops. Miniature golf and ice cream are a short walk from the home as well as a yummy coffee shop that serves breakfast and lunch. All linens, toiletries and paper products and much more are provided.
