This remodeled studio has a beautiful fully functioning galley kitchen with stunning quartz countertops. Everything in the condo is new from the stainless-steel appliances, comfortable furniture, new porcelain tile flooring, 55" smart tv, marble tile shower enclosure, bathroom fixtures, ac/heating unit, ceiling fan and more. This beautiful studio is a perfect retreat for couples. Smoking is not permitted in unit or balcony. No pets allowed. No exceptions please. *IMPORTANT UPDATE 10-20-25 Please note Pirates Cove sustained damage from previous hurricanes. Unfortunately the swimming pool and deck, gym and laundry areas are unavailable to our guests at this time. The beach walking ramp at the swimming pool area hasn't been built at this time. Walking access to the beach is just North of our building down the car ramp. We apologize for any construction and noise that may be going on during your visit. All this being said our cozy condo is in great shape with absolutely gorgeous views to the beach and ocean. We have discounted our condo nightly rates 30% due to the inconvenience. Items provided:
Kitchen: Dish towels, potholders, cutting board, knives, strainer, pizza pan, cookie sheets, can opener, wine opener, soaps provided for hands, dishwasher, and dishes, wastebasket, paper towels, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, dishes, iron, and ironing board. Pantry cabinet can be used for storing your food or paper supplies and also can be used to hang clothes. Hanger rod and hangers have been provided for your use.

Living Area: DVD videos, playing cards, chess and checkers, scrabble, Yahtzee, Dominoes, two tv trays, luggage rack, ottoman, dinette with two chairs. Smart 55" Sony Bravia wall mounted TV and Roku for streaming.

La-Z-Boy Couch: The couch can be opened into a queen-size sleeper couch. This couch has a 3" air mattress topper that has a pump to easily inflate the mattress. This is a unique feature of the La-Z-Boy brand and is designed to add sleeping comfort.

Sleeping Area: Queen size bed and mattress with storage area underneath. Set of sheets, comforter and pillows provided for both queen bed and La-Z-Boy sleeper couch. Also provided are two nightstands, alarm clock, full-height mirror, AM/FM stereo cd player with bluetooth boombox and six drawer dresser for clothes.

Bathroom: Hair dryer, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmat, hand soap, shampoo, Kleenex, and toilet paper.

Beach items provided include two beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, beach blanket and beach towels.
