Comfortable House close to beaches with Peloton Bike+ and 4 New Trek bikes

Very cute, Newly-remodeled cottage with a modern garage that has been turned into home gym with mat, weights, peloton bike+, and home office table, chairs and monitor. The interiors have completely been redone with new flooring, furniture, new kitchen countertops and new beds. New bed mattresses are high quality and comfortable in every room. The house also contains corn hole game, Kan jam, 2 picnic tables -indoor and outdoor, 4 new Trek bikes to tour the neighborhood, pickleball paddles and beach supplies (4 chairs, 4 boogie boards, 2 coolers, 1 pop up table, 2 canopies and kids castle building toys)

This house is in walking distance to the Princeville plaza where you can find the following:
- Farmers Markets held every Saturday for seasonal fruits, vegetables and fresh fish
- Night Markets on Sundays with music, art and food
- Hawaiian entertainment at Tiki bars, local musicians, and Hula events
- Grocery store, various restaurants, clothing, toy and shoe shops and a wine store

For adventure the house is close to hiking and biking trails with a short walk to 4 different Kauai beaches (Sealodge, Hideaways, Anini and Puu Poa)
- It is short drive to the epic Hanalei Bay Beach and the Na Pali Coast Trail/Haena Tunnels Beach (Kalalau Trail requires a permit - visit gohaena.com)
- You can see and access the Hanalei River for SUPs and Kayaking (you can swim across this river from Princeville)
- Backyard has cornhole boards, can jam, picnic table and other games
- Pickleball courts are available at Makai Golf Club (1/2 mile walk)
- Brand New AC in Master Bedroom and Main Living Area

Wonderful Everything

This was a fantastic rental, even better than the photos portray. We loved everything about this comfortable, perfectly located home. We enjoyed all the extra amenities, including the bikes, corn hole, well-stocked bathrooms and kitchen, and beach gear. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Everything was so great for our family.

Great place to stay!

The house was very clean with everything you'd need. It was great having bikes already there to use around the area, and LOTS of beach gear also! Would definitely recommend as a place to stay!

Wonderful time in Princeville in lovely clean and quiet house

We stayed 5 nights in Princeville with my wife and 3 boys. We had a really good time in this lovely refusnished house. The available beach equipment was definetely top-notch. The kitchen was well equiped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were convenient and clean. Strongly recommend.

Loved staying at this house!

The house had everything we needed and more! The master bedroom has its own air conditioner as does the main living space with living room, open kitchen and dining room. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and the two full bathrooms looked new. Every room was clean and tidy. Finished garage had washer and dryer, picnic table, exercise equipment, beach chairs and towels, yard games and coolers. The location in Princeville was perfect for our north shore exploration. We’re not sure when we’ll return, but one week was not enough!

Wonderful stay in Princeville

The house was located in Princeville and close to all the sights we wanted to see and visit on the north side of Kauai. We drove to Kapaa and Poipu on 2 separate days and the drives were pretty easy. The house was spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with spices. The owner left plenty of beach towels, toys and even coolers which came in handy. We did not get a chance to use the bikes or Peloton, which looked in top shape too. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet. Our stay was perfect and we would love to stay here again next time we visit this beautiful island paradise.

Bikes and lots of space to relax

Our family of 4 had an action filled vaca in Kauai and this home was a serene spot for us to unwind and relax. We took advantage of the bikes which was super fun and convenient.

Great home away from home

Awesome place and location. Enjoyed having the bikes and beach stuff. House has a great setup. Our 4 year old loved the back yard park. Erin was a great host and couldn’t have done any better. Perfection!

Very nice area, great extra amenities at house

We really enjoyed this house. We loves having the use of several bikes, boogie boards, chairs-- even some extra towels. The kitchen is small-ish, if you have several people who like to cook (which we do). One small recommendation: more seating in the living area. We wanted to hang out there, but there were not enough comfortable seats for all of us. Lovely house though!

Epic Vacation!

This home was exactly what we needed for a family with older teens/young adults. There was room for all of us and we loved the green space around the house and the island breeze that blew through the house throughout the day. We appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrella as well as the board games/cards to play at night. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals (including the awesome grill outside that we used to make steaks and grill pineapple). There is a TV in the living room but we never turned it on...the sign of a great vacation! A beautiful property with lots of extras! We can't wait to come back!

Erin’s house was perfect for our group. The house had all the essentials plus many little extras…everything for the beach, little toiletries in the bathrooms, fantastic bikes. Erin was such a great host and very communicative with everything. We hope we get the chance to stay there again. Thank you Erin for sharing your house with us! Great memories were made.

A very sweet home in a beautiful location!

This home has everything needed for a fabulous Kauai vacation. The larger bedroom was airy with slatted windows so the breeze was cool. Loved the birds in the yard singing their songs...and of course the roosters too. Nice neighborhood and easy access to everything. They have bikes, water toys, and chairs in the spacious garage, and great exercise equipment and mats (I wish we had had time to use everything). We also appreciated the coolers and the beach bags and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfekte Lage

Das Haus war perfekt. Sauber und schön eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, wir konnten die Fahrräder benutzen was hier in Princeville ideal ist. Es hat viel Strandzubehör das man benutzen kann. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich. Bestens zu Empfehlen. .

Kauai🌺 vacation

This was the perfect house and location for our family. The house was very clean and had everything you need plus some!! Peaceful, Perfect Place with Peloton

This was the perfect basecamp to explore and enjoy Kauai. Erin’s place was super clean and spacious. Stocked with everything you need for enjoying the beach: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a cooler. We enjoyed being able to walk to many beaches, and stroll the neighborhood paths. Relaxing at the house with beautiful yard that backs to a large open area. The beds were very comfortable. Bonus to have the Peloton. We would love to come back.

Perfect place in Princeville!

We loved everything about our stay at the Making Memories house! It was immaculate, quiet and comfortable--plenty of space for our two teens to have their own rooms. We rode the bikes around Princeville to grab coffee or watch the sunsets, and we used the beach towels and beach chairs daily--small touches that made things easy and felt like home. Big fans of the outdoor shower too! Erin was a great host--easy to communicate with when needed. She's got a great home here--can't wait to return!

Perfect place for a family.

We stayed for 10 days. It was the perfect place to stay. Walking distance to Queens Bath and other sights. Short drive into Hanalei. It was a wonderful house with plenty of pla e for my family. With the split wing layout for the master bedroom, we had our own area to relax. I would definitely stay here again.
