Our apartment is located a 3-minute walk from downtown Saint Pierre and its beach with its protected lagoon. Saint Pierre is a lively and pleasant seaside town located in the south of the island that has managed to retain its local character. Here, there’s no mass tourism—it’s the perfect balance between tourists and locals. And this closeness creates an extraordinary atmosphere and a complete change of scenery. And to make the most of it, you get to decide when to check out.

A 74 m² apartment located on the 1st floor (no elevator) with an approximately 8 m² balcony terrace within a private, secure residence. This duplex consists, on the first level, of a living area (fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and home office) with direct access to the terrace, a half-bath, and a laundry room. On the second level, there is a second restroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and two bedrooms with walk-in closets.
Both levels are air-conditioned or heated by a heat pump system. Additionally, the living area and the two bedrooms are equipped with air circulators and electric roller shutters.
The apartment offers the following amenities:
- Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, combination oven/microwave, electric griddle, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, food processor, juicer, etc…

In the basement, the apartment has a secure, private parking space.

And to ensure your stay ends on a high note, check-out times are flexible. You can check out of the apartment based on your flight departure time. This will allow you to enjoy your stay right up until the very end and take a shower before boarding your flight.
