Comfortable spacious two bedroom cottage 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. House sleeps 6 with 2 private bedrooms, a queen bed in one and a full and twin bed in the other. The living room has a pullout sofa as well, which sleeps 2, and a 50" smart tv with internet. Off street parking is along the fence for 2-3 vehicles - one car in front of the other for this unit. Park your car and walk everywhere.

This property has 2 homes on it. This is the back unit overlooking the large, shared back yard which has outside showers, barbecues, and seating. There are 4 Daiken split units inside for cooling and heating along with 2 ceiling fans for comfort. There is a full kitchen with all the amenities, including both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. This past year, this home was off the market and we invested over $20k to encapsulate the crawl space utilizing sump pumps and dehumidifiers to assure a comfortable environment in the cottage.

Check in is 3 PM, Check Out is 10 AM. Bring towels, linens, blankets and paper products/consumables (toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags, soaps etc) Pillows, mattress pads, and bedspreads are provided.

While propane is not guaranteed, we will reimburse with receipt if previous tenant used it all up. Please be safe and do not use grill against house. Please leave grill in clean condition.

We have 3 cameras installed outside in the common areas of the property - one at the parking, one at the back yard, and one on the east side of the cottage. This is for security purposes only. No smoking/ vaping of any substance inside the home.

Great location!!! Minutes (walking) to restaurants, bars, fast food, coffee shop, town park, bay, shopping and entertainment. One mile to the Rehoboth Boardwalk and Funland with very reasonably priced rides for kids. Pick up the Jolly Trolley into Rehoboth at the north corner of Saulsbury and rt 1. Park your car and never move it. Rehoboth Shopping Outlets 1-2 miles away. Lots of fine dining in Rehoboth.

We will provide a 4 digit code to enter and exit the cottage.

PLEASE NOTE: The state of Delaware has imposed, a 4.5% occupancy tax effective 1/1/2025. VRBO will collect this tax. However, their new algorithm does not allow them to collect the 3% Dewey Beach occupancy tax. A daily fee has been included to cover this tax and will be included in the host fee.

MUST BE OVER 25 TO RENT. NO RENTALS TO UNSUPERVISED HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS. NO PETS- NO EXCEPTIONS. Owner reserves right to charge higher Security on senior weeks. Renter pays credit card foreign transaction fees if applicable.
