The area is good, fairly walkable with friendly neighbors. Many of the residents have lived in this area for a long time. Quiet most of the time. Weekends can be noisy during the day.
The building where this unit is located is very quiet. Two units are rented with long term quiet families, and the other unit is also used for AIRBNB. No one is at home during the day, so it stays quiet.
There are occasional noises coming from cars passing by but nothing regularly happening that would disturb your quiet enjoyment. There are smalls dogs in building next door, and they will bark occasionally.
This unit comes with Secured Parking Space
Summer Temperatures average 70-75 during the day. Sometimes 80. 60's in the evenings. A cool breeze from the bay starts rolling in at 5pm.
Winter Temperatures average 60-65 during the day. High 50s -60s in evening. Occasional evening fog/overcast from Bay.
