Welcome to this completely renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, offering a delightful retreat just steps away from the ocean. Nestled in a fantastic ocean block location, this charming unit invites you to experience the ultimate coastal lifestyle.
Close to numerous restaurants, shopping and more. Northside Park which features miles of walking/bike path, fishing pier and activities all year long.
Unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot.
Pets are not allowed. It is a non-smoking top floor unit.
Sleeping Space:
Bedroom: 1 king-size bed
Living Room: 1 queen-size sofa bed
All beds have pillows, and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival
The master bedroom has 1 king size bed, and the living room has 1 sofa bed.
We try to create unique vacation rental experience for guests at our properties, and we strive to provide a consistent, top-notch service. Our 24/7 local area team is there for you and ready to assist with anything you will need before or during your stay.
