Share Charming Private one Family House Available September 2025
Charming Private town house with private back yard with barbeque and dinning table out side available for share with only one more person , preferably female, September 2025to a year by the owner only 4 blocks from the beautiful Prospect Park and 4 blocks from the subways F,R trains 20 minutes to Manhattan.
The house has3 floors extra strong internet. The 2 bedrooms are in the 3rd floor, in the 2nd floor there is a big bathroom and a living room with a big TV. On the 1st floor a big entrance room with a desk next is the courmet kitchen and follow the dinning room with sliding doors which goes to the back yard.
I have 2 lovely cats if you are not allergic that they stay at the house but spent most of their time in the backyard where they poop and pee, the rent is $ 2100 per month. Plus VRBO’s fees
I can accept minimum 3 months
The house is only 4 blocks from the Prospect Park in Brooklyn.

The area in Park Slope , Brooklyn on 14 street between 5th and 4th av. is very close to the Prospect Park and 4 blocks of the subway to Manhattan F,R,G trains.Family oriented neighborhood and walks to the park and farmers market make you feel very homy. Its a nice quite street.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
I love my dinning room with the sliding doors open widely and view the garden with the tire swing, this year I planted many flowers, its nice having breakfast outside in the morning or lunch or dinner.In the front of the house roses climb on the front porch.
