A private gated property with over seven hundred feet of Spring River frontage. Rental includes ALL FIVE CABINS with a total of six bedrooms, an under-cabin entertainment area with TV, pellet grill, gas grill, gas griddle and refrigerator. The five bathrooms include one powder room with commode, two ensuite baths with showers and two large, tiled shower rooms under the main cabin. An outdoor fireplace as well as a fire pit are both on the riverbank. Firewood is provided.

Mammoth Spring Resort

This is a 5 star get away. Perfect for your group or family. First class accommodation's, beautiful surroundings. Hosts communicate very well. We will be back for sure! Can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed it.

Great place to relax

We had a group of 9 stay here. It was such a fun place to stay and we enjoyed the time we spent together. The cabins are awesome and the location on the river is great. It is close to the train but it didn’t bother us when it came by.

Unique and beautiful property right on the Spring River

Great place to stay with friends and family with lots of amenities! It has lots of social spaces for your group that pairs nicely with having the privacy of your own personal cabin at night. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful

Went with a group of adults for a birthday weekend, and this place is amazing! Not only is it a beautiful home and perfect cabins, but the property itself is heaven. This is a place I will come back to over and over again.

Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful property and facilities. It accommodated our rather large team well. Right on the stream may be an understatement. Sitting by the fire, watching the water was extremely enjoyable.

Mammoth springs retreat

This is the second time we have stayed at the private campground and once again it did not disappoint! The property is absolutely gorgeous and has so many areas for the group to hangout making it perfect for a trip any time of year! You feel very secluded but are located right in town. I cannot express enough how much we enjoy staying here and cannot wait for next year!

The Best

This was my second time staying here and it was perfect once again. So spacious and secluded with so much privacy for your group. We take an annual work canoe trip and hope to stay here everytime. Just a few steps from the river where we love to hang out late afternoon after canoeing all day. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

The Perfect Getaway

We were a team down for meetings and planning. This was the perfect spot to getaway and focus our minds, not to mention indulge in the local trout fishing. Highly recommend.

Very nice property on the river. Clean house & cabins. Comfortable beds. Awesome outside fireplace. We spent a lot of time there in the cool evenings. Very spacious. This was our second time staying here & we will be back.

Great intimate retreat

We booked your cabins for my friends 40th birthday celebration. We had several families with kids ranging from 9-15. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the outdoor loving spaces. We especially loved the downstairs outdoor kitchen. Very clean!

Private campground oasis

The property was absolutely perfect for our midweek work retreat! The location was right in town but still felt very secluded and scenic. We had 12 in our group and it was perfect! We loved the outdoor pavilion-so much room to sit and enjoy and also play a game of bags! the outdoor fireplace was a amazing way to end the evening. Have already been talking about coming back next year!

Mammoth spring retreat

This property is beautiful, we had a great time, we spent almost every day at the under cabin entertainment area, we cooked outside most days! Wish there would have been outside kitchen style sink to wash dishes and a microwave, but overall this was a wonderful and beautiful place, we had awesome experience!! Train was a little bit loud but nothing major, thanks for allowing our family to stay!!!!! I give this place a 10 out of 10.

Company float trip

Great place! Very clean and peaceful. Host was awesome with communication. Was a little hard to find. We booked this place for our company float trip. Rented from dam 3 very close and convenient. Everything you need was supplied by the host. Couldn’t ask for a better place to get away and relax. Definitely will be going back.

Great getaway

Our family always stay in Mammoth for a few days to fish and camp. This place was amazing. The amenities were great and couldn’t have asked for a better place. We had stayed at a camp ground further south on the river and decided to try this place and we were amazed. You will not be disappointed. You are close enough to town to run and grab something yet you don’t feel like you are in town. You right on the river where you can fish and float. We are already talking about next years trip.

Family Vacation 7/2023

This was an amazing property. They had everything we needed. It was beautiful. We had a big range of ages and it was fun for everyone. Some kids floated while others napped and some fished. Great variety for everyone. The only negative thing I have to say is we had people sleeping in 10 out of the 11 beds and not a single person said their bed was good. Every single one of us thought the beds were terrible. It is an amazing place other than the beds which could be easily fixed!
