On the same floor, there is also a beautiful en-suite bedroom with shower room. The upper floor is entirely dedicated to sleep areas, with three modern bedrooms, a shower room, and a toilet.

The garden features a sunny swimming pool with an alarm, a summer lounge, several relaxation beds, and a covered outdoor dining area.

The picturesque streets of the village of Mougins, with its art galleries, boutiques, and renowned restaurants, are just a few minutes' drive away. The Fontmerle lake, in the immediate proximity of the villa, is also a favorite spot for nature lovers and outdoor activities.
