1200 square foot home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sofa couch that converts into a bed. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Large 600 square foot deck with a view of Resurrection Peaks. Half of deck is covered, so on rainy days guests can still utilize outdoor seating. Gas grill. Large kitchen fully equipped with Fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker and more. Wireless internet. Cable tv in bedrooms and living room. DVD player. Freezer space available. Basketball court. Coolers in various sizes for excursions. Private parking. Pull through drive for boats, RV's etc. Message owner if you would like a discounted booking for a Major Marine boat tour. This is the most popular tour available to view marine life in Resurrection Bay.

Sarah and Todd have created the PERFECT guest experience!!!!! Can I move in and live there full time?! Their attention to detail is UNSURPASSED!! The Alaskan decor is what I would want in my own Alaskan home and the cleanliness and comfort is UNBEATABLE! They are so friendly and attentive…honestly, I could not imagine better hosts or a better place to stay!! BRAVO!! Can I give more than 5 Stars?! They deserve them! We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin, nestled in the Resurrection Peaks. It was a spacious yet warm and cozy property to relax on the porch, grill some Alaska local seafood, and enjoy the rain hitting on the roof, and a perfect home base for all our adventures in Seward and at Kenai Fjords National Park. The mist moving through the mountain that you can see from the porch is simply gorgeous, morning and night. The home was perfectly appointed, with every amenity we needed to have a perfect time. Will definitely stay again and recommend to our family and friends!

This was, by far, the cleanest and best accommodated house that we stayed in on our vacation to Alaska. The house is in a quiet area yet close to town. The kitchen is very well stocked; there were even several spices to choose from. We can't recommend them enough! We will certainly stay here again when we return.

This was one of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had. The place was immaculate, but also very warm and inviting. Just beautifully decorated, homey, and super clean. Hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout the process from communication about the property to local recommendations.I can't say enough good things. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay here longer.

Without a doubt, our favorite place we stayed in Alaska. It is clear the owners have thought of every detail to make this a welcoming and delightful place to stay. From the vase of fresh flowers that welcomed us, to the thoughtful selection of books, to the kid-sized nook with bean bag chairs and stuffies, the best stocked kitchen of any rental I have ever stayed in, and the carefully crafted art that adorns the walls inside and out, this place is such a gem. With two kids, we also really appreciated the basketball court with balls, corn hole, and jump rope. I can’t recommend this place enough, I wish we had stayed longer!

Awesome place to stay! Wish we could have stayed longer. Great location outside of Seward in very peaceful area with great views of mountains and forests, near creek. Great space with plenty of room for family of 5 - very clean space, well-stocked kitchen, great outdoor covered patio, washer/dryer, and plenty of books, games, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, well stocked home & amazing hosts!

We were looking for a place to explore from and rela in a convenient spot. At just 10 minutes outside of Seward, it was the perfect location. We were able to have peace & quiet after busy days. The home has a well stocked kitchen which was perfect for us as we ate in most nights. Beds & pillows were comfy. The large deck was like having another living/dining space. Sarah & Todd were quick to respond to any questions. And checked in to see if we needed anything. Definitely would recommend this property and these hosts!

What a charming, beautiful, modern and extremely comfortable place to stay! It has any kitchen item you could need, gorgeous outdoor patio space and the part of it that was covered made for a perfect spot to sit and watch the rain with a morning cup of coffee. And the communication with and recommendations from the hosts were fantastic! I’d love to return and stay longer!

It is a very comfortable house . Have never seen a kitchen more stocked than this. Location is very serene with stream in front and horses behind. We were lucky to have a sunny day and enjoyed our dinner outside in the open. Would love to be back again some day.

Excellent stay

I had family coming to visit for the weekend. Sarah texted me earlier in the day how we could check in earlier because our unit was ready. The communication with her was simple, easy and stress free! When we arrived, we noticed the property was very clean. Instructions sent to us were clear and concise on where to park. When we walked in, the unit was also very clean. They have brochures for things to do in the area which is nice as well as board games. They also have blackout curtains which is a must during this time of the year. Our favorite thing was the fact that you can see the mountains from the deck. All in all 10/10 recommend!

Awesome place to stay

We came down from Wasilla with a small team of NYO athletes and needed a place where we sleep and make meals. This house has everything we needed, with plenty of space. The hosts were wonderful amd even left us a sweet, custom note on the fridge. The home was very clean and cozy. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone.
