Upon arrival, you will immediately be seduced by the recently renovated kitchen of the cottage. It is equipped with two refrigerators to store your fresh products and drinks, a dishwasher to facilitate household chores, a cooking piano to prepare your meals, and even a wine cellar to make you discover the best vintages of our region.
All the appliances you need to cook tasty dishes are at your disposal.

A Warm Dining Room
The living dining room is the heart of the house, equipped with a wood burning stove, it is the perfect place to relax, chat, or share your favorite meals prepared in the adjacent kitchen.

The cottage has five comfortable bedrooms, offering a total of 15 beds.
On the first floor, you will find: a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a private bathroom with direct access to the bedroom for added convenience.

Upstairs, you will discover four additional bedrooms: the first is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed, while the second has a double bed and a sofa bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with washing machine and dryer, as well as a toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, while the fourth offers a double bed and a child's bed. These two bedrooms also share a bathroom for more comfort with a hairdryer. An additional toilet is located on the landing.

A Games Room for Everyone
For those who want to have fun indoors, the Gîte du Moulin Saint Nicolas offers a games room equipped with a video projector and a comfortable sofa. It's the perfect place to watch your favourite movies, play video games or organise board game nights.

Outdoor Space
Outside, a large dining table will allow you to enjoy meals outdoors while admiring the view of the surrounding nature, including a 2000m2 pond. A barbecue is also at your disposal to share barbecues with family or friends.
