In Valmeinier, at the top of the resort (1950 m altitude), we offer this charming, recently renovated apartment for rent, with mountain views. Situated just a few steps from the ski resort and featuring a swimming pool, this 45 m² apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests, and has been modernized to guarantee optimum comfort. It is located on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator, and comprises a pleasant 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms...

The apartment is composed as follows:
On the first floor :
- A 15 m² living room with a cozy sitting area overlooking the mountain with TV, a double sofa bed (160x200)...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, microwave oven, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with 3 single beds (two can be joined to make a queen-size bed) and TV
- Bathroom with shower, WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, raclette machine, fondue machine, board games...

Outside :
- A heated residence swimming pool (10m x 5m) open during the winter and summer seasons (late December to mid-April and July-August), located in the building on the other side of the car park.
- A 4 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Valmeinier, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
- Winter sports resorts within walking distance: vast ski area and major ski resorts with modern facilities, snowshoeing, etc. 20 minutes from the apartment.
- Ice sculpture competition every winter
- Numerous hiking trails. Possibility of hiking with a mountain guide all year round.
- Various activities offered by the resort (petanque competitions, soccer, inflatable games etc).

Transportation :
- By car: free parking in the public parking lot near the residence.
- Nearest train station: St Jean de Maurienne train station 30 min away, Chambéry train station approx. 1h15 away.
- Nearest airport: Chambéry airport approx. 1h20 away, otherwise Grenoble, Lyon Saint Exupéry.

Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Free shuttles every 10 minutes in winter and every hour in summer from Valmeinier village to the top of the resort (from 1500m to 1950m).
- Ski slopes 100m outside the residence, direct access from the ski locker.
- Charging points for electric vehicles in the town square (cost to be borne by the user)
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Pool opening dates are non-contractual.
