This beautiful villa is located on the green spot in small quiet village Cukrići, near the picturesque, medieval locality of Svetvinčenat.
Location is perfect for daily excursions across the Istiran peninsula, whether you are looking for the romantic medieval little towns, homey taverns and inns, sea side beaches or various summer attractions.. Your children will appreciate visit to water parks in Novigrad or Poreč, Dinopark in Funtana. Cultural lovers can enjoy visit to the picturesque Rovinj or ancient Pula.
Villa is surrounded by fenced garden (600 m2) offering privacy and tranquility. Swimming pool (9x4 m) provides nice refreshment during the long hot summer days. Cozy gathering around delicious diner from the stone grill stove is lovely day closure..
A special feature of the house is little "Kažun" in the pool, a typical Istrian round stone house. By the pool there are sunbeds where you can relax and treat yourself with leisure.
The interior of the villa is spacious and bright, tastefully and modern furnished. It features 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, kitchen with living room and football table.
Villa is air conditioned (all bedrooms and living room) and provides free Wi-fi, baby bed and high chair.
There is covered parking space for cars and storage for bikes.
