Cottage Peacefully Nestled in the Heart of Beaujolais

Our cottage for 4-6 people is located on the Côte de Brouilly, in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards. This house has just been completely renovated. We make every effort to offer you a comfortable and high-quality experience! You will particularly appreciate the view from the terrace, as well as the peaceful and welcoming neighborhood. The cottage is equipped with High Speed internet connection for potential remote work. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our local recommendations!

The accommodation
On the ground floor:
A fully equipped separate kitchen.
A spacious, bright living room with a seating area (television) and a dining table that opens to the garden. The sofa is convertible, providing a double bed.

A separate toilet.
There are two pellet stoves, one in the living room and one in the kitchen, which heat the entire house.

Upstairs:
Two bedrooms with double beds.
A bathroom with a double shower and two sinks.
Access to the upper floor is via a beautiful open steel staircase.

The accommodation is fully equipped for your comfort. It includes the necessary appliances for a smooth stay: a washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, a baby kit with a travel cot and bathtub, a raclette machine, etc. Bed linens and towels are provided.

The private garden, approximately 250m2, features a large south-facing terrace with a view of the Saône Valley and the Alps. Outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and an umbrella will be at your disposal for your enjoyment. On-site parking is possible.

Guest access
The house is ideally located to allow you to explore the Beaujolais region, the city of Lyon, the Dombes, and the Mâconnais. It is situated near the village of Odenas, about 2km from the village center, which has a grocery store, newsstand, bread, pastries, and more. It's a 10-15 minute drive from the A6 highway exits in Villefranche or Belleville-en-Beaujolais. It's a 45-minute drive from Lyon and 35 minutes from Mâcon.

Other things to note
A very interesting advantage is that the cottage is located 3 kilometers from the Domaine de l'Ermitage, 4 kilometers from Château des Ravatys, and 10 kilometers from Château de Souzy.
