Hermosa nueva casa grande con vistas a la playa de Scarborough

Al otro lado de la calle de la playa de Scarborough Estado, este es el ideal casa de vacaciones de playa para la familia extendida. La casa se completará en mayo de 2009. Cuando termine todo será nuevo incluyendo camas y muebles. Ofrece 3.600 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Tiene un plan de piso abierto con la cocina, salón y comedor abierto a la segunda cubierta de piso con una hermosa vista de la playa. Tres dormitorios a pie a los más de 1.400 pies cuadrados de espacio de la cubierta. Cuenta con excelentes vistas de la playa y el océano desde sus numerosas ventanas. Hay un amplio aparcamiento y un gran patio. Esta es una casa de primera calidad con maderas duras, granito, y comodidades que esperaría como el aire acondicionado central. Lo más importante, es de 40 yardas de una de las mejores playas del estado.


Sólo hay que pasar de 50 yardas a esta hermosa playa y nadar, hacer surf, tomar el sol o navegar elenco de la punta rocosa a unos pasos al norte, no hay muchos lugares de interés cerca de la playa de Scarborough. Dentro de unos pocos minutos en coche hay otros tres hermosas playas, varios restaurantes maravillosos, y el Puerto de Galilea, que es un pueblo pintoresco, pesca con tiendas, restaurantes y excursiones de pesca. Aquí es donde el ferry sale para ir a Block Island. La ciudad costera famosa de Newport se encuentra a 15 minutos de distancia, Providencia y sus fuegos de agua de fin de semana cerca de 40 minutos de distancia, y dos casinos en Connecticut están dentro de los 30 minutos.

Great family gathering home and perfect location

Our family of 12 (and an infant) enjoyed a long weekend in September here. The location (2 minute walk to the beach) was perfect. Ample bedrooms and a great open kitchen/dining/living area provides a great place to gather and relax. The weather was nice enough we could also enjoy the porch for happy hour!

Wonderful and relaxing stay

A group of friends rented this for a long weekend. Such an amazing spot— can’t beat the proximity to the beach. We had a lovely nature walk near by, enjoyed the porches and yard and generous living room space. The space was very clean and Joe communicated quickly.

Family gathering

Enjoyed being out on the wrap around decks and the ocean views which turned out to be a blessing as it was a windy rainy weekend! Still much fun and the number of bedrooms was great.

Great weekend!

Wonderful home in an awesome location! A large group made up of friends and family from near and far with plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements. The wrap around porches were the highlight of this home with great views of the beach. Access to beach was awesome and the parking was huge with plenty of space for guests. So many of us talked about wanting to return again next summer!

Location, location, location, makes a great vacation stay!

What a great house to have a fun filled family week! Our large family fit comfortably and there was lots of space for visiting, games, and cooking together. The decks had wonderful views and gave us more areas to relax and have a good time. We found most everything we needed in the house. Our host was easy to contact and very responsive. The best part was the short walk to the state beach! Can’t beat the location!! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

We loved our stay at this house, it had everything we needed. The location is awesome, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for 10 adults, we could have had more and still been comfortable. We loved to be able to seat everyone at the dinning room table for dinner. We 100% will book for next year!!!

Vacation at beautiful Scarborough Beach

When my husband and I did the virtual we were under the impression that 5 of the bedrooms had their OWN bathrooms......Not a big deal when we discovered the bathrooms were actually CLOSE BY... We all did not find the place to be exactly clean; just SMELLED clean. Kitchen sink area (fixtures) not to our liking and a bit of an inconvenience....My.Husband and I paid for the place and the location and convenience of guests made up for its 'WORTS AND PIMPLES. MORE PLUSES THAN MINUSES...The beach was beautiful.....BTW loved the wrap around deck too. both floors....

Absolutely incredible house

You can trust the listing on this one - the house is exactly as great as it seems to be on VRBO. The location can't be beat, the size and layout is fantastic for a group of adult friends (like us) or a family, and the view is as perfect as advertised. If I had one small, SMALL thing I'd change it's that the stove in the kitchen doesn't work super well, but once you figure it out even that was fine. I'm going to be keeping an eye out next year to book this place again!

Great Location & House for a Family Reunion

The house was great and just as described on VRBO. Other than the bad weather over Memorial Day weekend, everything worked out well. In advance of our trip and during our stay, Joseph was very responsive and alway got back to us right away. We would love to come back with better weather and get to enjoy the wraparound decks and ocean view. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Perfect House Perfect Location

Our extended family of 20 people ranging in age from 2 to 72 spent a week this summer in Eastward Look. It was a perfect fit for us. The interior is beautiful with high quality appliances in good working order. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The common spaces are large and plentiful so there are several ways to arrange meals and get togethers. The highlight is the outdoor decks with some views of the beach. The beach is right across the street so our walk was no farther than from many of the beach parking places. Scarborough beach is wonderful especially for boogie boarding and body surfing. There is plenty to do in town and lots of restaurants but the beach is the highlight. We are all runners and bikers and there are lots of good routes for different distances. We have already started to plan our next visit.

That view!!!

My family has been vacationing in Narragansett for years but this was the closest we have been to the beach! This house did not disappoint. Clean, well maintained and the wrap around deck gives you the best views of the sunrise each morning. The floor plan is well thought out and easily accommodated our large family. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful beach house with a Great location!

My family and friends have been renting this beach house for the past 6 years. It is in a perfect location. A very short walk to the beach and you are within a short driving distance to many public golf courses. We often enjoy a day in Newport or Block Island. The area has some very nice restaurants within a very short drive. We often head to the Matunuck Oyster bar for a great meal with a beautiful view. The house has an open floor plan and a wrap around deck with views to the ocean. A perfect spot for meals, conversation or happy hour. The property manager provides amazing service and if anything is needed at the property responds the same day. I highly recommend this property. Our group looks forward to spending the week in "our vacation home" every year.

Perfect Place for Family Vacations

My family has been renting this vacation home for three years and every year it gets better and better. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location could not be any better. The house is located right across the street from the beach and restaurants are just down the road. There is more than enough room to comfortably fit my large family. There is plenty to do as well... kayaking is excellent and we get lobsters fresh off the boat in Point Judith. The manager is very accommodating and if there is ever an issue he takes care of it right away. The yard is perfect for my young boys that like to play soccer and adults that play bocce ball. The decks are maybe the best part... They are huge and the view of the ocean is incredible and it is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee or evening cocktail. It is a great place to make family memories that will last a lifetime.

Great Location

This house is in a great location, right across the road from the beach. It has lifeguards and facilities right there. The house is very nice and airy, two decks are excellent. All bedrooms are comfortable. The property is in the process of maintenance upgrades when we stayed. Some issues were reported the first day and the Manager made every effort to address them. Our family included babies and small children. The house has one stairgate. We found some of the appliances not in good order, but that did not detract from our stay. On the downside you need to bring your own sheets and towels. The property is quite expensive and most others include these in the price. The kitchen was adequate but needed upgrading with the stock of general things like plates, utensils, (no corkscrew) Plenty of extras in the closets however. We only opened up the butcher block set to get more steak knives. Because it is a large house it is a little noisy when running showers, toilets, washing machine and dryer. The A/C also is a little noisy. Only one bedroom has an ensuite. Plenty of parking area and a small grassy area to play games. No access to decks from street level, so security is fairly good. Lovely selection of fresh seafood locally and some nice restaurants. Would recommend it to folks with multiple families.
