Amazing time!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The open floor plan and covered porch were great asserts. It allowed us to cook instead of eating out all the time. The house is also on a quiet street so early mornings were incredibly peaceful.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! Flagstaff is a great town, and our family enjoyed our time there very much. Brandon was very receptive whenever we reached out to him. The family really enjoyed using the hot tub and lots of other amenities. Thank you!

The Deck is Awesome!

What a great home to stay in for a long weekend. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Owner so easy to work with. You'll spend most of your time on the deck enjoying meals, playing games, and hanging out. 5 Stars For Sure!

Perfect spacious/cozy getaway

We visited for the weekend. The homeowner was friendly and the house was beautiful. The hot tub was perfect after a day of snowboarding. The pellet fireplace was cozy in the living room. There was written instructions all over the house that made everything very easy. I highly recommend 🙌

This is a good one.

The property is exactly as described. There were 7 adults and 4 children, and we had plenty of room. We weren't on top of each other, and there was plenty of comfortable seating. The property was clean and in good condition, and we are already thinking about renting it next year. This rental is a good one; I highly recommend it.

Room to Roam Quiet Getaway

This home is in a lovely neighborhood adjacent to historic downtown Flagstaff. It is a large, comfortable family home that has been updated. It was very clean, organized and well stocked with linens, extra blankets and towels. A nice touch was a basket of beach towels conveniently placed near the porch for the hot tub! The owner responds immediately to any communication and even checked up on us to make sure we had what we needed. An added bonus is a nature trail right out the front door for easy access to hiking. A large, open and well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare and serve meals. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

Flagstaff is a beautiful place to visit and we could not have been more pleased with this beautiful home. It was spacious with five upstairs bedrooms (total of six beds) and a comfortable downstairs area that easily accommodated our group of six adults. The highlight of the house was the outdoor deck - the pictures do not disappoint. We spent most of our time out there. The house is situated in a quiet cul-d-sac and and the entrance to numerous forest trails is literally across the street. We had convenient access to super-cute downtown Flagstaff as well as an easy 30 minute drive to Snow Bowl, but still felt secluded. The decor of the house offers a great vibe and was stocked with everything we needed to make meals.

Wonderful vacation

The home was very nice. Owner very prompt in responding to questions. We were disappointed that so many trails were closed due to fire hazard but found other places to go. Our family had a great vacation.

Perfect location for area attractions

Staying at Brandon’s place was a great location for our cousins trip. We loved having this home base while we explored the area by day. I had contacted Brandon several times before our stay and I loved that he was always gracious and answered all of our questions. He even provided us with an ice chest after one of our inquiries. We knew from the get-go we had made the right decision to book with his property. Would definitely stay again!

Family Ski Getaway

This is a comfortable home in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The house has all we needed, is minutes away from a Safeway, and short drive to the slopes. And the owner quickly responded to any questions we had. We had a great visit.

Beautiful house and a great owner!

We had the most excellent vacation here at this house. The house is clean(love the shoe off policy!) and the interior decor was beautiful. You get all the necessary amenities provided.(shower necessities, laundry detergent, cooking tools and spices, and lots of spare linens) But for most importantly, Brandon the owner of this property was such a friendly, responsive and very generous person. We were planning to cook home with the BBQ grill on the day we arrived but the propane tank was almost empty. Brandon tried to have someone fill the tank but it didn’t work out. In the end, he treated us with delicious delivery pizza from a local restaurant! The house is in such a convenient location. 1)Less than 1.5 hour drive to Grand Canyon 2)About 1 hour to Sedona 3)40 mins drive to Slide Rock State Park(this place was surprisingly fun! I strongly recommend it!) 4)3 mins drive to Safeway super market 5)10 mins drive to Flagstaff shopping mall The house doesn’t have A/C but you will understand why. Yes, it could get a little warmer in the house late afternoon but it gets really cool in evening. I woke up freezing when I left the bedroom window open overnight(my husband used pellet stove in the living room….lol) You gotta love the hot tub, especially after long day of trail walking! This was one of the most unforgettable vacation and we couldn’t thank enough Brandon and his beautiful house! We will come back to this house next time!

We had a great stay! The house had a ton of thoughtful touches - and was stocked with everything we needed and more. We would love to start here again and will certainly bookmark the property for our next outing Flagstaff!

Chic Farm Style house with tons of Amenities for all to enjoy!

Brandon was a great HOST! Upon arrival we were greeted with the cutest farm house with modern furnishings and decor. Downstairs was a cozy office/den with sofa sleeper, living room had comfy leather furniture & a huge flat screen tv with all the up to date streaming channels! Kitchen equipped with all major appliances and most essentials. Our kiddos loved the spacious deck and hot tub. We enjoyed delicious steaks on the outdoor grill and spacious deck sitting area. All bedrooms had super comfortable beds with fluffy duvets. Showers were hot and there was plenty of linens and other necessities. This gorgeous home is located within 2 minutes from Safeway and Dollar tree, which is super convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Like most homes in Flagstaff and in the mountains, ours does not have Air Conditioning. Even in warmer summer temperatures it gets cool at night and opening the windows usually does the trick! Also, each bedroom is stocked with a extra fan to help keep you cool if needed.

Guest Access: A few closets will be locked. Otherwise, the entire home is accessible and usable. A welcome book is provided with instructions, maps, sight seeing information and restaurant recommendations. During the months of November-April the city of Flagstaff does not allow street parking and will ticket. The driveway holds 3 cars.

More guests means higher costs to clean and prepare for the next reservation. For that reason we charge $25 per night for each guest over 10 people, with a maximum of 12. This is included in the costs you see when booking. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed on the property without prior authorization. Guests take full responsibility for the actions of any unregistered guests. We want to do our best to accommodate all while being respectful of our neighbors.

Our neighborhood is lovely! Quiet, peaceful and full of full-time residents, original owners, retirees, and families. Please understand we have a no party/ event policy. The City of Flagstaff also has a noise ordinance. Quiet time is 10:00pm- 7:00am with strict penalties if violated. Please respect this as it a huge factor is what makes our neighborhood and mountain time spectacular.
