Enjoy the outdoors, we are just 2 miles south of Lake Ontario near the mouth of Oak Orchard River for world class boating and fishing, 2 miles from Lake Alice and "The Dam", 15 minutes from Lakeside State Park and Hamlin Beach State Park, one hour east of Niagara Falls, and one hour north of Letchworth State Park, The Grand Canyon of the East.

The area provides Lake Country living at its best with several marinas, docks, boat launches and water activities such as fishing, kayaking, boating, and beach going. There are also places of historical interest nearby such as The Cobblestone Museum, Oak Orchard Lighthouse, The Village Inn Restaurant, and The Train Museum. Within 1-3 miles there are stores and services such as laundromats, playgrounds and parks, stores, fishing tackle shops, boat rentals, bike trails, farm markets, an ice cream shop, healthcare, and restaurants.
