Spaciuos, welcoming home near Stae Park beach perfect for families and groups.

We purchased this hidden gem a few years ago with multi-family getaways in mind. Situated across from the lake with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, gathering spaces on each level, a patio in back and deck out front, large families and/or groups of friends can comfortably stay here. We have hosted many family reunions, including our own, since opening up this home to lake vacationers. So many memories have been made through the years. What happens at the lake, stays at the lake is our motto!
The kitchen is fully stocked for creating meals together. All linens, paper products, soaps and shampoo, hair dryers and fans are provided. Truly, all you have to do is pack a bag! Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, as well as 2 smart TVs for all your streaming needs.
Each day you can walk to the popular State Park beach, take the kids to the nearby park, or check out all Clear Lake has to offer. Relax in the evening watching beautiful sunsets over the lake. The lower level is a wonderful hangout spot. It features a foosball table, game playing table, tv area, 2nd kitchen with built in bar and walk out patio with grill, fire pit,(wood provided) and flower garden. We have yard and board games, kid's bikes, stroller, wagon, large rolling cooler, beach toys and towels, so there's no need to pack all that! The main floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a bathroom with tub and shower if there is anyone in your group unable to manage a lot of stairs.
The driveway has ample space for a truck and boat trailer, and a boat ramp is 2 minutes down the road for quick and easy access.
If you are searching for a clean, cozy space that will take you back to easier, slower-paced summer days at the lake, this is it. Did I mention the quirky secret passages in the walls? You definitely need to check them out!
Billy and I love hosting guests from all over the country and take pride in providing a well cared for home for others to enjoy.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Sara and Billy's place. They are FABULOUS! The location is perfect. The house is amazing for groups and families and has absolutely anything you would need. Sara and Billy communicate so well and go the extra mile to make your stay amazing! Would definitely recommend to everyone traveling to Clear Lake!

Absolutely wonderful!! Rooms for all adults and plenty of fun spaces for the littles! From mornings on the deck to evenings around the fire and, of course! afternoons on the beach, we all enjoyed every minute! This house provided us just what we needed for a family with 8 adults and 6 young'uns!

In town for a family reunion. Loved the location of the house, just a short walk to the beach. Lakeview from the front porch. Clean and well stocked to make you feel at home. Used the wagon to take our granddaughter to the beach. Toys, beach items, highchair were all helpful.

Amazing Lake home

Sara's home was perfect for our long weekend stay. The home is immaculate, has tons of room and is perfectly situated in Clear Lake and close to activities and a quaint, picturesque downtown. Our hosts were quick to communicate and cared about our stay. I recommend their home without hesitation. Amazing place.

Wonderful Clear Lake retreat

Charming and perfectly appointed lake house for our family. We loved it so much that we've already checked the calendar to see when we can return. The house was comfortably furnished and restored to meet the history of the home. We can't say enough good things.
