Make family memories that last a lifetime in our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, featuring a private hot tub on the deck with incredible mountain views.

Step inside this open floorplan, top floor single story condo and you will be greeted with volume ceilings and tons of windows providing unparalleled views of the mountains and Winter Park Resort. Enjoy family meals at the large 10-seat dining room table with meals made in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with ample cookware, utensils, plates and glassware, as well as basic spices, condiments and supplies. Recline and sit by the gas fireplace in the cozy living room as you watch the snow fall outside, or relax on one of 2 outdoor decks with patio lights for additional ambience.

Back inside enjoy the spacious primary suite with a king bed, TV, dressers, and a spa like bath with dual vanities, a large shower and soaking tub. A second bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, dresser and and en-suite bath, while in the third bedroom you will find another queen bed along with twin bunk beds and TV. A full bath in the hall and a mud room at the entry finish off the living areas of the condo.

Guests will enjoy 4 parking spaces - 2 in the heated garage below the condo (Note: there is no elevator and guests will take approximately 40 steps up from the garage to the unit), and 2 more unassigned spaces outdoors. A private ski locker is also available in the building for storing your gear at the end of the day.

Walk to the slopes from the condo (about .4 miles away) or catch the Resort shuttle at the stop across from the entrance to the community! A washer and dryer is also available in the condo.

There is NO SMOKING of any kind in our condo, either inside OR outside. The deposit will be retained if guests smoke during their stay. PETS will be considered as we have pets of our own and don't like to leave home without them. Please message me with information regarding your pet if you would like to bring them during your stay. An additional deposit will apply, which is refundable unless there is any damage.

NOTE: This stunning condo is our family home and is only rented a couple of times a year. For the 25/26 ski season we are renting over the December holiday, President’s Day Weekend and for Spring Break. A MINIMUM 6 night rental is required for the December holidays and Spring Break, and a 4 night MINIMUM for President's Day weekend. We are flexible with the dates, so please message me to inquire about specific dates.
