Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located home. Fully furnished, newly updated modern home has all the essentials you need for a long-term or short-term stay. Close to UPMC, one minute to downtown Jamestown, minutes to the lake. This 4-bed 1-bath home offers a first-floor bedroom. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, two with queen beds, another with 2 twins, and a full bath with a shower/tub spa for the most relaxing experience. Formal living room with stylish couches, a smart tv and a vintage fireplace (not active). A formal dining room with seating for 6 and 2 additional chairs. The kitchen is a dream for cooking and enjoying family meals. All spices and oils, pots, pans, and utensils provided. BBQ grill available outside with a large deck and lawn for entertainment. The driveway is about 100 feet, so bring your toys and park safely off the street.
Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor areas. If only booking for 1 night or a large group of up to 8, relax in comfort. Our prices are better and more relaxed than a cramped hotel room, providing you with more privacy. We do not rent shared rooms or spaces. To ensure your safety and privacy, you will have the entire space when you book with us.
We book at the nightly rate for the first two guests. Any additional guest only pays $50 per night. This pricing structure allows both small and large groups to stay for one night or as long as they wish while saving money.

House was whimsically decorated and comfortable. We were given an incorrect code and check in was delayed two and a half hours before the host responded. He was really nice when he called but it was pouring down rain and we were tired. Why do all rental properties have cracked ice cube trays?

I love Lucy stay

I had the pleasure of staying in the I love lucy home for a week, while intown watching my son play for the Tarp Skunks. The house was just as advertised, with tons of celebrity memorabilia (if you watched any of those shows like I remember). The house had everything I needed, and the bed I slept in was very comfortable. Easy check in instructions, and the owner was very quick to respond when the power suddenly went out on one of the days I was there. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and spacious property.

Myself and three friends stayed here from a Friday to a Sunday for an event in Jamestown. The neighborhood is in a great location and is about a 4 minute drive from downtown. Very close to everything. The house itself is very clean and there are lots of Lucille Ball memorabilia to discover throughout. There is a nice back patio which we unfortunately were not able to enjoy since we stayed during a winter weather advisory with lots of snow. There are plenty of amenities in the kitchen for cooking meals, and the living room has a huge, comfortable couch which makes watching movies with friends and family nice. There’s an air hockey table too! Check-in was very easy and house rules were very clear. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again if we are ever in town.

Clean, basic home. Nicely decorated. Comfortable sleeping. Good location. Note the daily extra charge for each person above 2. Even though there is enough room for 9 people, the posted charge is for 2 people with an extra charge for any guests above 2. We had 3 total people do there was an additional 70 charge ,

Such a cute place

I came to Jamestown to visit my daughter who is going to school here. This home was priced so well i couldn't resist. I was very pleased with how nice the house was, I will definitely book again next time I visit. Check-in was simple, communication from the host was great.

Enjoyed this Lucy inspired cozy home!

House was cozy, lots of funny quotes & decor, rooms were nice. Bed was kind of stiff in the master, but house did easily warm up from it snowing out. There were extra blankets and pillows. Shower was unique and nice! Appreciated the coffee and extras. Manager was very nice and easy to communicate with!

Didn't live up to listing........

Though Neighborhood was Very convenient & quiet, the house was not in great condition. The back storm door handle was broken & many of the light fixtures were dusty. The huge issue was that there was no electricity on the first night. I accept that I didn't check that out on arrival, but the weather was pleasant & it was daylight . However, when I went to get something from the fridge, it wasn't cold & I began checking lights & none worked. By then it was dusk, my 2 friends & I had unpacked & filled the fridge for our 3 night stay. I called the host & though he offered us another property nearby, it was too big a hassle, so we stayed . The power was turned back on after he paid his electric bill in the am. Additionally, there were 2 washcloths for 3 people, though plenty of towels?? The outside trash can was already filled to the top so we had to cram our trash in on departure day. The house itself has a lot of potential, but the decor, supplies, & haphazard management really let it down. I enjoyed my visit to Jamestown, but don't trust this host to rent from him again.

November Christmas gift

This is a wonderful house, close to the comedy center,, and Lucy Museum. House was easy to Check in. Lots of interesting photos. I did get the insurance for any damages as my son is in a wheelchair, and the house is not handicapped accessible, we knew this. I did notify owner on check out. The cost to fix a small damage to door, and modeling around door, was outrageous cost. There is a nice porch on back, backyard for little ones. The bathroom has a wonderful shower head. We tried to keep everything clean as we were only there half the time. Would stay again, however not happy there is a coverage for guests. Host kept in touch when any questions were asked. It was appreciated they provided, toiletries, and coffee, snacks, lot of local information. The location isn't the greatest, however we had no problems. The man across the street seemed to be out and staring at us all hours of the day. Felt he was always watching and staring, didn't like that. Thank you.

Convenient and comfortable

Only stayed here for a short night on our way east - late arrival and early departure. But it was great for that amount of time! An easy drive off the freeway, much more comfortable than a hotel, very clean. The driveway was great, especially since we had bikes on the back of our car. Will happily return if we're passing through again.

Home away from home

Check in was very easy - Rovin sent us the property code ahead of time and had no issues upon arrival. We spent most of the evening reading all of the pictures/quotes decorating the walls and laughing - it is "the comedy house" after all. Clean, kid-friendly & worth the value. We will be back! :)

Cozy & Roomy House

I stayed here with my mom & 2 aunts, for a family visit. It was a clean & roomy home. The beds were comfortable & the rain shower was a nice treat. Well stocked with towels, linens & kitchen supplies. Nice little deck, to sit outside. Only downside for older folks, were the stairs. The only bathroom was upstairs. Also, the couch could be updated, but we were comfortable. Owner was easy to contact & quick to reply. Overall a great stay!

Quaint Little House

This little house is an accurate reflection on it's online pictures. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to markets for food you may need and if you feel like it, a walk away from downtown. Although the tree in front should probably be removed, the red brick streets add more curb appeal.

I have retained many craftsman features of this lovely home from the pocket doors, moldings, glass doors and hardwood floors. Then I gave it a modern touch that transforms the space.

This property is located close from Historic Down Town Jamestown and 5 minutes from Lake Chautauqua. Twenty minutes away on Interstate 86 is the Seneca Casino and Allegany State Park. A short drive to Niagara Falls is filled with lots of activities and in the other direction Erie, PA. If you like the water or land there are lots of activities for you to do and places to discover. Panama Rocks, Blue Berry Patch and lots of U pick farms are nearby. Rent boats, jet-skis or bring your own and enjoy the water activities on the lake. There are popular restaurants and wine trails to visit. The national comedy museum and the home grown comedian Lucy Ball/ Desi Museum are just minutes away. This home is themed out to Lucy Ball and famous comedians of all time.
