Perfect Ranch House - inside and out!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very well appointed with all amenities and necessities you could possibly want, and it is obvious the house has been very well taken care of because every inch is so clean. All of the extra amenities provided by the host give you such a home-like feeling of being a guest in someone’s home rather than a rental. The host was incredibly responsive and looked after us before and during our stay. The views, patio and pool are just perfect and the interior of the home is so spacious and every room & bed is wonderfully comfortable. The town of Boerne is so close with so much to see, do and eat. We are already figuring out when we can come back!

Fun Family Vacay

The kindness and communication of the owner sealed the deal for me when booking this home. A simple email question and request prior to booking was quickly answered beyond my expectations. I just hoped that the property and home would be as good as I hoped from the reviews. It was Amazing! So much more spacious than I thought from the pictures. Comfortable bedrooms, always had hot water for showers (there are 4!), plus all the extras. I have stayed in may vacation homes and have learned that they are typically stocked very minimumly with things like toilet paper. But not here - I came prepared with extra trashbags, paper products, etc. But this owner has it fully stocked. The panty had the basics. PLUS we were greeted with a nice note, cookies and basics in the fridge. Hospitality beyond expectations. You are in the country but close enough to town for quick grocery runs. We have a grandkid with Celiac and Mom cooks most of her food - so a good kitchen is important. We had great family meals while watching the deer out the window. I highly recommend this home. Thank you Rosanna for making us feel welcomed, relaxed and at home in your home.

Wonderful Boerne weekend!

Greeted with homemade cookies! Wonderful stay and friendly hosts. Quiet, relaxing and private! Loved how spread out the house was. Lots of room for our family to be comfortable. The only thing I would request would be more cushioned chairs and lounge chairs by the pool. We would LOVE to stay here again. Thank you so much!

Girlfriends' Wellness Weekend in Boerne

Texas Vistas was the perfect sanctuary for my girlfriends and I during our wellness weekend getaway! We are all hard-working, busy, moms, daughters, caregivers, sisters, friends and much more to our families, and we needed a space to pamper ourselves and reconnect. We adored and relished in the open, spacious, airy yet cozy, tranquil, rustic beauty of the ranch! We found relaxing nooks all around the property, both inside and out where we were able to just exhale and enjoy each other's company. The host thought of every detail for the relaxed but lux environment we were looking for!! Top notch!! A++

Absolutely Perfect Home!

This home in the Texas Hill Country was absolutely amazing!! The hosts thought of everything. The house is beautiful, the pool amazing and the daily visits from the local deers were awesome. By far, this has been our best vacation home from a little of many. We hope to return soon!!

Perfect Family Getaway!

This property could not have been more perfect for our summer family getaway! We have family in San Antonio and did not want to have the burden of 6 extra people to stay with them in their home, but we also didn't want to book two hotel rooms that would not allow us to cook meals. So we booked this lovely property! Communication with the owner was stellar! We had a lovely basket of cookies, flowers, and a welcome note awaiting us in the gourmet kitchen. The pool was pristine and just right for hot summer days. The beds were SUPER comfy! The linens were nice and thick. The location was private and quiet. It could not have been a better place for our family and we will be back!

Amazing weekend

Property was fantastic. Can’t beat the pool and the view. Everyone was very comfortable in all the rooms. Master shower has the best water pressure I’ve ever seen in my life. Can’t wait to come back.

Most amazing Ranch home and property!

This property is so peaceful and just perfect for a getaway with friends or family. 14 acres of lovely ranch scenery, and a home with plenty of room to gather but also have your own space for quiet reflection. It is truly a dream house and you won't want to leave!

This house was AMAZING!!

We rented this property for our Labor Day getaway. Our group was 8 adults, 4 couples total. We wanted to get away from the city for a few days and leave our worries behind and this house did not disappoint. The property: The property was amazing. Country living at its finest!! We could see deer and horses from the pool deck all the time. There was a picnic table down the hill a little ways where you can just hang out and enjoy nature. So relaxing!! The House and Pool: The pool was perfect and the perfect temperature all the time. Not too cold and not too warm, just right on those hot days. The house was also perfect for us. 4 bedrooms, 2 of them were master suites. Everyone had their own space to enjoy. If you are like me when you stay away from home, you worry about how the water pressure will be when you take a shower. Well let me tell you, the upstairs master shower had the best water pressure we have ever had staying anywhere. I will be duplicating this shower at my house as soon as possible because we fell in love with it. The others also said their showers and baths were awesome. There was a bathroom close to the pool door to be able to use while swimming and an outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming. The house and pool were very clean and inviting. They also had a Pacman arcade game with a few different games on it, Pacman, Galaga, Digdug, and more, in one of the bar areas which was an awesome touch. We all tried to beat the high scores on it all weekend. Overall the house and pool were exactly what we needed and a 10/10. If you are looking for a place to getaway with friends or family, or just a romantic place to spend with your significant other, then this is the place for you. The owners were very nice and had told us this is their dream home. Well we have to say, this is our dream home as well!! We could not have found a better place to stay and plan on making this an annual event at this house with our friends to just get away from the hustle and bustle. (And if you are reading my review and thinking, "That person is definitely friends with the owner or got paid to leave this great in depth review", I did not get paid to write this great review and we do not know the owners at all. This is exactly how we felt after staying at this house for 4 days. I never leave a review on anything, but felt this property definitely needed to have a great review written for it after our AMAZING weekend!)

We lived abroad for three years and upon our return rented a home in the Hill Country for a month before returning to our home. We fell in LOVE with the area and decided to buy a ranch we could call home. We love the quiet and remote feel of the property but also enjoy being so close to downtown and all the shops.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This particular home has an amazing pool and so much room to spread out. Some of our favorite things to do on the ranch when visiting include sitting outside to watch the sunset and enjoy watching the deer come to eat at the deer feeder.

Something extremely unique about our home is the all inclusive options! Ask me about having a wellness retreat with some friends, sisters, couples, etc. We have partnered with some local business to bring you an experience you can't normally get at a vacation rental.
