Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort located in Sunny Isles Beach. With the $35 daily resort fee that needs to be paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $35 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

**Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our utmost priority. Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. Perfect for family vacation!

This property is the best of both worlds: being a condo, everyone has plenty of space and can go to the market to have things they'd like in the kitchen, but you also have all the resort amenities of Marenas. Easy check-in and out, and the resort has a wonderful staff.

Great location on the beach and beautiful room. Service is excellent. The only complaint is that the parking fees and resort fees were not included in the original price.

Wee checked in Sat night. We were told via email we wold be upgraded Sunday to the penthouse. Thats so nice I thought, They wanted us to check out and lose the day Sunday and sit in lobby I said no. They eventually put all four of us in asingle bedroom. It was pouring, no where to put our food or make a drink. We eventually got moved upstairs at 3oo. The dishwasher would not work . The hot tub was broke, when we compalined to the host the hotel manger walked into our room and came upstairs where we were sitting and insisted nothing was broken. NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN

Great spot in north Miami

This was a beautiful and spacious stay for a couples weekend to Miami. The pool was nice. Directly on the beach. And a cute little tiki bar. Hotel staff was helpful & friendly. Location was easy walk to essentials. Loved all the balconies

Unprofessional and Roaches

The communication with the owner to obtain instructions on what steps and information was needed to check into the unit was very difficult to obtain. The owner never answered her phone she only responded via text message. I continued to try reaching the owner; once I arrived at the property I FINALLY got someone to answer on the owners line. It was a gentleman that spoke to the hotel employee because my reservations weren’t showing in their system. They ended the call and I was left standing there at the counter waiting for someone to help check me in and find my prepaid reservations. I continued to text the owner and then she finally created my reservations and the resort employee proceeded with the check-in. The elevators weren’t working properly so we had to take the stairs or the service elevator. Lastly, the last night there (thank goodness for us) I was in the kitchen of the unit and there were roaches crawling. I mean the resort as a whole wasn’t very clean and I would not recommend to anyone and I would never stay there again either. Oh, and the kitchen sink faucet barely had water flow and it had NO hot water in the kitchen. Overall experience with this property was awful.

Not Quite

Property location and overall service of resort staff were great. The property manager never responded back to me about how to check in; we delayed our arrival waiting for the email with instructions and return call back—HORRIBLE! The bdrm suites were not in the same unit; but instead “connected” by a shared hallway. We did not have the experience of being in the “same suite” as presented. Private beach was nice to enjoy.

Small getaway

Staff were AMAZING. Attentive and nice Place was clean Description matches what we saw Beds were VERY uncomfortable as were the pillows Restaurant food was overpriced and hit or miss. Lunch was great. Dinner horrible. Breakfast was good. Pool was small but nice. Place ran out of towels and available chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Beach was clean and water was beautiful blue color.

Great stay in Miami Beach

Great location in Sunny Isles. On beautiful beach, walking distance to some neighborhood restaurants, close to Aventura Mall. Resort staff is friendly and helpful.
