This 39 m² flat is located on the 3ᵉ floor without a lift and comprises:

- bedroom with double bed
- bathroom with shower,
- hoover, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing facilities, air conditioning, mosquito net, clothes hangers,
- TV (no channels, just apps) and Wi-Fi.
