Welcome to the Hidden Retreat! The home has been renovated to create a relaxing retreat in a quiet, family neighborhood. The home has been recently updated to be an open concept with a nautical theme offering an intimate and cozy getaway. The house features a farmhouse dining room experience with dimmable lighting, a 55" 4k smart tv for the living room or dining room, a 32” smart tv in the master bedroom, fast internet speed, a stocked kitchen with several new appliances, a laundry room, a charcoal grill, and a screened-in patio, along with privacy fencing in the backyard. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths along with a 2-car garage.
The home is located off NW 53rd Ave located just 5 minutes from both a Publix Supermarket and a Super Walmart, Starbucks, several restaurant options, as well as Devil's Millhopper Geological State Park. It is a 12 Minute drive to The University of Florida, 13 Minute Drive to Downtown Gainesville, and about 30 Minutes to the Beautiful Springs.
NOTICE: We have one security camera facing the front of the property that will be on during your stay.
THE SPACE:
If you are looking for a comfortable home that is located in a quiet neighborhood in Gainesville, then this is for you! Located just 12 Minutes to UF or Downtown Gainesville and only 5 minutes to the following places:
- Publix Supermarket
- Super Walmart
- Starbucks
- Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza
- Volcanic Sushi + Sake Hunter’s Crossing
- Devil's Millhopper Geological State Park
This home has a nautical theme with thoughtful touches throughout, including an intimate dining room experience with dimmable lighting, a 4K 55” Smart TV that can face both the living room and dining room, and a king size bed with a 32” smart tv along with a desk all in the master bedroom. The house has been renovated with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, several new appliances, and excellent lighting.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note that cell phone signal may not be the best while inside this home. However, it should work just fine outside.
There is an external camera looking outside the front door to ensure that the correct number of guests in the reservation are staying at the property.
HOUSE RULES:
I want you to have an amazing stay and enjoy my home, but I do have a few rules!
FIRST, THE DEAL-BREAKERS (you could lose your deposit):
– Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and we love our neighbors. Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours.
– Absolutely NO smoking in or near the house.
– Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.
– Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.
– All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in our booking price.
– Limit of up to two pets are ONLY allowed if you have received pre-approval, paid the $125 pet fee, and you take full liability for any injury or damage caused by your pet.
– Any significant damage or by not following these rules will result in the loss of your deposit.
OTHER HOUSE RULES:
– Park in the garage/on the driveway/or on the side of the road.
– I have provided black make-up removal hand cloths to be used for removing makeup. Please do not use other towels, washcloths, hand towels or linens for makeup removal (the stains are permanent and you will be charged for stained linen).
– Please always lock all doors and close windows prior to your departure (click the lock button to lock after leaving the house).
– I expect that you will respect my home and that you will generally pick up after yourself.
