A Small and Cozy and Relaxing Condo with excellent amenities for families and friends. Close to Disney and other attractions. Clearwater beach is just 55mins away.
Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment just right next door.
Secluded and quiet home, Go out and have fun or just put your legs up and enjoy the many amenities. Heated pool - Jacuzzi - Game room - Tennis/Volleyball Court - Fitness room. Ideal and affordable.
No smoking, partying, events or pets. Violators will be penalized.
A second floor 2BR apartment with excellent amenities in a safe and gated community within 5 miles of Disney Animal Kingdom Theme park. One Spacious Master bedroom with a King bed and Walk in closet. A second small converted guest bedroom with a queen bed. This small bedroom is Not sound proof. There is a 1 foot gap between the wall and the ceiling..
The resort amenities include 2 Pools one of which is heated, Gym, Tennis Court, Volleyball court, Play areas and ponds. Equipped with fast wifi, large TV and a work desk.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 50 inch TV in the living room and TV in the master bedroom as well. Unit has a dedicated washer and dryer. Linen and towels are provided to the guests!
Please note that the guest bedroom is quite small and has a 1 foot opening in the wall near the ceiling.
Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils.
There are 2 swimming pools in the resort and the one next to the clubhouse is heated. The resort also features a indoor Game Room, Fitness center, Volleyball court and Kids play area.
No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.
This is a strictly no smoking property. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry, no pets.

Right next to Disney and the parks. Close to great dining and shopping. Great set of amenities .. even a small nature trail!. Clean, Comfortable and Nicely decorated. Yet, affordable.
