Great location

Loved staying here. Perfect location for skiing and downtown. The only negative is the check-in. App access did not work initially, but the property management was very responsive and we were able to access the garage and condo with their assistance in a timely manner.

Fantastic location

Loved the location and pool area. Check in was confusing. Room was small for a family. Bed frame was crazy loose. Can't beat the location. Id stay here again but a bigger room because of the kids

We liked this place very much! And would stay again! The only negative is they need blackout curtains or blinds, it gets very light by 5:30am

Very Enjoyable

We stayed here for one week in February for a ski vacation. Overall, we enjoyed it very much. The only negative is the carrier is pretty old and worn. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Check-in was super easy. A very nice experience.

Good location but vrbo gave old checkin process

Pros - good location - excellent views - working appliances - extended checkout complimentary Cons - checkin instructions i got was key will be left in locker by 4pm. After long wait, i called property manager and he was surprised that no one gave me updated instructions - they extended my checkout by 2hrs till noon but no one informed housekeeping. They started knocking at 10am. - there is big disconnect within property management team

The condo was right in the middle of everything we wanted. Steps from coffee, food and drinks. Only issue we had was adjusting to the elevation change.

Exceeded expectations

Great spot. VERY convenient to lifts, town, etc. the underground parking is priceless. Although it’s a studio, plenty of room. My Daughter and I were very comfortable and we would have survived if there had been 4 of us. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location for ski weekend

This unit is perfectly located walking distance, both to the lift, and to restaurants and bars on or near main street. Couldn’t have worked out more perfectly for a long weekend of skiing and eating out : ) The unit is very cozy and has everything you need. Great communication at check-in and checkout.

Here for a long weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location to the Main Street area where all the restaurants and shops are located. The condo was very comfortable and clean. It was fully stocked with everything needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The view was amazing!! Breathtaking views of the mountains all around!

Perfect location for Peak 9 Ski Trip

Place was clean with all amenities as described. Safe underground parking was also included. Walking distance from Maggie’s and Quicksilver ski lift. It was perfect for our first family ski trip.

Sweet Stay with a Beautiful View

Our little family of three was looking for a snow-covered mountain getaway that was close enough to the beautiful downtown of Breckenridge and this was the perfect place for us. The first thing we loved about it was the view. I thought the pictures were possibly fake with the mountain background, but when we opened our blinds, we were met with beautiful snow-capped mountains with blue skies (when it wasn't snowing). The place itself was clean and was well-stocked. They had a sled (we also left one there as well), extra stool, lots of toiletries, humidifiers, cleaning supplies, extra blankets and games. (The humidifier was a mystery to me, couldn't really figure it out). The heater was interesting because it was located on the bottom of the thermostat (so not super baby friendly because we had to keep our baby away from the heater, which did get hot). I liked that the bathroom was separated with doors to the shower and a door to the toilet (The shower looked like it had some mold on the ceiling though). We loved the facilities this place gave us access to such as the recreational room, the outdoor hot tubs and saunas. The rec room had old school arcade games, a shuffleboard and a pool table. We also loved the proximity to the downtown area of Breckenridge. Even with lots of snow, we were able to walk up and down the streets to visit all the stores and cute restaurants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.
