No parties are allowed at the cottage. The maximum allowed at the cottage is 10 people.

This four-bedroom cottage is located on Priscilla Beach just a 10-minute ride from downtown Plymouth in a residential neighborhood. There are stairs from the cottage's backyard going to the beach. Two bedrooms and full bath are located on the first floor, and two bedrooms and full bath are located on the second floor. Stacked washer and dryer are on the first floor. Upstairs bathroom has been recently updated. Kitchen has been recently remodeled. Newly installed central air conditioning.

We’ve been coming to this beach house for several years now, and it has truly become our family vacation spot. Each year we look forward to it, and every time we leave, we wish we had just a little more time.The location is perfect— the beach is always in great condition with soft sand, fun sandbars, tide pools to explore, and just the right waves. It’s the ideal mix for kids of all ages, offering something new each day depending on the tide.The house itself is always spotless and well-maintained. What stands out most is how the owners continue to improve the experience year after year, adding thoughtful upgrades and new amenities that make each stay even better than the last.If you’re looking for a spot that balances relaxation with family fun, this home and its beach truly have it all. We can’t recommend it enough!

Beautiful spot for relaxing vacation!

This was our second year staying here and we love the beauty and peacefulness of this place. Stepping outside to watch the sun rise over the ocean is nothing short of magical. The house is clean and comfortable, and Sandy and Bob are wonderful hosts. We were sad to leave but hope to be back again!

Stunning views on private beach!

This was our first time renting a house directly on the beach and it did not disappoint. The gorgeous ocean views were breathtaking - watching the sunrise over the water was one of the highlights of this property. The private access to the beach was also fantastic and the stairs leading down to the beach felt sturdy and secure. The house was very clean and provided plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids to sleep comfortably. We already booked for next year and can’t wait to return!

Home Away From Home

Everything about this house was perfect for our family vacation. The spacious house was immaculate and the ocean views from the dining room, living room, and master bedroom were incredible. It is located in a private neighborhood. Mornings consisted of walking out the back door and down the steps to Priscilla beach. We rarely saw another person on the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, and even beach toys were provided. When we returned, we showered off in the outdoor shower which had plenty of hot water and water pressure. The kitchen was well stocked including a coffee maker as well as a Keurig with K-cups. The living room had a huge TV over the fireplace (not in use). There was a washer and dryer on the first floor. There was plenty of closet and drawer space. The beds were very comfortable and on the few unusually hot nights that we didn't fall asleep listening to the ocean waves, the air conditioners in the bedrooms provided a good night's sleep. One evening, we cooked hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill and ate on the patio overlooking the ocean. Other evenings we ate in the large dining room overlooking the ocean. The location was perfect for our family because we wanted to visit both Plymouth and Boston. Boston was a 50 to 90 minute drive, depending on traffic. Our host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. She answered our questions about anything from where to park in Boston to where to go for ice cream treats. I highly recommend this property for your family vacation.

Great beach house!

The property was beautifully located right on the beach. Just a short walk down the stairs. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves for the majority of the week. Bob and Sandy were so easy to work with! Would definitely recommend !

Perfection

Everything about this property was perfect for our group. The owners were helpful and available if needed, the A/C was a savior as the first few days were during an insane heatwave. The ocean views were unreal and we were lucky enough to be there when whales were just off the beach and we were able to watch them from the back yard. All on all 10 out of 10. We will be booking this property again in the future.

Best House, Best Beach, Best View,

Exceeded our expectations. Recently renovated home with large windows facing the ocean. We saw whales, seals and many boats catching strippers (rockfish). We enjoyed direct access to Priscilla Beach from the spacious yard. Comfortable beds and more bedrooms than we needed. Prime location and easy walk to ice cream shop and short drive to Plymouth center. Hosts were very welcoming.

Beautiful, clean home with great views

We rent yearly in the same general area of MA and this house was by far the nicest we have stayed at. It's very well laid out, SUPER clean and very comfortable. We had adults and older teens with friends staying but I could see the set up also being fabulous for two families to share (each floor has a bedroom for adults and one for kids). I was surprised that the path to the beach was more involved than I expected. Based on the pictures I thought it was just a wooden staircase to the beach but actually after that staircase is a grassy sloping hill, then a sandy slope and finally a metal staircase. It was unfortunately too much for my parents (75+) who visited us one day.

Breathtaking location

The house is confortable and well equipped. The rooms are spacious and the view from the dining room is spectacular. We even watched whales. Bob and Sandy were so welcoming and very helpful. A perfect stay.

Perfect Vacation Spot

When I stepped onto the property, my breath was literally taken away. The house overlooks the ocean and has a perfect secluded backyard. We had kids ages 3-13 with us and they all loved it. The house had everything we needed and many extra things that we didn't even think about! Sandy and Bob were extremely helpful in every facet of our stay. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Beach Rental

We absolutely loved this property! It was right on a private beach but had a nice grassy backyard for the kids to play in. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Bob and I are the proud owners of Priscilla Beach Theatre. A summer stock theatre just a few minutes walk from the cottage. The theatre is located in an old barn from the 1800s and converted in 1937. We produce musicals June through September in the recently renovated historic barn.

Priscilla Beach is a very special neighborhood. Bob grew up biking the streets, walking to the local convenience store for candy and swimming at the beach. You will find that we are very accessible being that this house is located next door to our own home.
