Took my mom to celebrate her 82nd birthday and it's so happened when she was in her 20s she lived on that street she really enjoyed it memories clean and quiet no complaints

Well kept cozy home. Isn't in the nicest part of town, but that's understandable given the price. The proximity to downtown is a selling point. Also the nearby coffee shop called Shotgun House was great.The house was not super well stocked regarding consumables, but it functioned. Also it got quite hot at night. An additional fan or two for the bedroom would be nice.Overall a nice little place!

POW style property

Property is 1 of 10 rectangular buildings with rock entry; no grass. Property is not sound proof, heard stray dogs barking through the night and trying to get in trash. People in nearby property talking as if they were inside.Would not rent again

Cute little rental

Was confused when we turned into the gate and the neighborhood was a lil rough but once we got into the rental it was way cute and comfy. Very clean inside but the tub is in need of repair. We truly appreciate how much care they has put into it! Thank you so much!

Quiet and cozy

It was a clean, quiet, and cozy place for my dog and I to come back and relax after exploring San Antonio and the surrounding areas. It's a great central location.

Overall decent stay

My wife and I enjoyed the little cottage we stayed at however the neighborhood we were in was a bit sketchy. The couch was not very comfortable however that could be fixed by installing an ottoman. The other cottages had a table and chairs on the porch however ours did not. Nonetheless, the bed was super comfortable and provided a good night’s rest. I’d stay there again.

Graduation

We stayed at this very cute tiny kozy house for our son’s Air Force graduation!! The house was so very easy to get to from the base, absolutely no traffic to and from! The house was exactly as described, other than the neighborhood. We were a bit concerned upon arrival, but once inside the gate, the community was excellent! My son commented on how cute it was decorated and how cozy it was! We loved having everything we needed right there in the house! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Great stay

Amazing value and perfect for our 4 night stay. The property was very clean and the basic pans, spices, and cooking utensils made it easy for making meals. It was also easy to self check-in and communicate with the host as they responded in a timely manner. My only complaint is that the bath towels aren’t very absorbent. Great stay overall!

Perfect for our little trip!

This little home was perfect for my husband and me and our little vacation to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. Quiet & Cozy. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating.

Central Location

The house was close to all that we did. The neighborhood was sketchy. There were no extra trash bags other than the one provided on check in day.

Couple blocks off Culebra and the 410

Quiet and out of the way neighborhood that is a couple blocks away from Culebra (pretty much anything you could want us on that road) and the 410 (which is how you get to everything else). Nice open living room, cozy spot for two people. Loved it and the price was perfect!

Cozy stay!

There was a little hiccup upon check-in but Claudia was very quick to respond and fixed the situation asap! It’s situated on a quiet lot with other tiny homes and is just adorable inside. Much better experience than a hotel! 10/10 experience! 😊

Short stay in San Antonio

We stayed here for a few days. It was a good little place. Close to everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little too flat. We enjoyed our stay.

Super cute and cozy place to stay

Upon arrival we noticed the TV didn’t work. The property manager went and bought a new tv and brought it to us. They didn’t have to, so they’re very accommodating! We did wish they had more than one wash cloth for in the shower. It worked out as it was just my husband and myself though lol…We really enjoyed the overall ease of this rental. Our only warning is if you have a truck, it’s tight. (But do-able!) Definitely recommend!!!

NICE AFFORDABLE STAY!

The home was perfect size for my husband and I and our preteen. The area was tranquil and we felt pretty safe. The home is very convenient to everything. The house was clean and nicely kept, and I'd stay again. The host reached out and made sure we were settled asked if we needed anything and the check-in was easy. If I could make one small suggestion possibly add a bath mat to the tub as it was a bit slippery. I look forward to booking again next time I'm in town!

It was actually what what we were looking for

Julian was very helpful it was me my wife and son we were moving my son in for college at Saint Mary’s College it was close to the college. We were able to visit the river walk and explore around it was close to everything.Julian was very helpful on getting us around and she also has a notebook with everything you looking to do while you are there very nice place thank you
