One with double bed (140 x 190cm) & samsung TV (80cm) the other with two single beds (90 x 190cm) & balcony.<br>*An extra bed is available (dimensions = 90 x 190cm) + 2 travel cots (60 x 120cm)*<br><br>A bathroom with bathtub and double sink. <br>*hair dryer available*<br><br>Separate WC on the first floor. <br><br>Living / living/dining room with LG TV (107cm), non-convertible sofa, dining table and coffee table. <br>*Bluetooth speaker available* <br>With a fully equipped kitchen open to it. No reception beyond that.<br>To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.<br><br>Rental of childcare equipment or fans/air conditioners/auxiliary heaters: €50 (for the entire duration of the stay).<br><br>We invite you to respect the time of the appointment that you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little earlier than the time set. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.<br>Another appointment time must be set and you will be billed 30€.<br>Thank you for your understanding and do not hesitate for any other questions.<br><br>Fee of 30€ for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 pm, and on December 25 and January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.<br><br>In the event of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock on the door will have to be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.<br><br>Concerning the end-of-stay cleaning & laundry package included in your reservation:<br>We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and your arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of your stay.<br><br>For bookings of one month or more, an intermediate cleaning (every two weeks) must be carried out at your expense. This is to maintain and check the accommodation each time you visit.<br><br>Any trip that is not of an emergency nature will be invoiced to the tenant. This is to limit abusive
