The entire property, including the swimming pool (4m x 10m), is fully privatized.
It is entirely surrounded by a wall along which large trees have been planted to ensure the tranquility of our holidaymakers.

Facilities have been made allowing you to benefit from all the amenities such as wifi, television with all channels, a cot with changing pad, a new stove with oven, a washing machine, a microwave, new crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, air conditioning (extra charge), portable fans....

The ryad has a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a kitchen, a charming inner courtyard with a fountain, a living room, a dining area, a toilet and 3 bedrooms.
Not insignificantly, each room has its own private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels included.

From the magnificent roof terrace, you can admire the splendid landscapes of Al Haouz and the Atlas mountain range.

In order to make your stay even more pleasant, cooking or cleaning are available during your stay by a trusted person. These services are extra charge and must be paid on site (20 euros per day for the preparation of meals and cleaning of the kitchen (max 6 people). Shopping is at your expense.

A 1.5 km track leads to the villa. A car is essential.
