Brown Pelican Beach Cottage te está esperando

Nuestra cabaña es una casa de playa elevada a 1 cuadra del océano (caminar más de 6 casas y estás allí!).

Tenemos un gran porche cubierto para relajarse con una media vuelta y mecedoras, y hay una mesa para comer al aire libre. En la parte posterior de la casa hay una terraza con tumbonas y otra mesa para comer al aire libre.

También puede disfrutar de relajarse en el exterior bajo la casa donde hay una parrilla para cocinar al aire. Sala, Comedor, Cocina y todas las habitaciones en el mismo piso.

La Master Suite es privada en un extremo de la casa con un walk-in closet y baño completo privado. La tercera Bath se encuentra en la planta baja, junto con la lavadora y secadora y segundo refrigerador.

Hay 4 televisores, uno en cada dormitorio y 1 en el salón. El muelle de ciudad jardín es lo suficientemente cerca para caminar, e incluye restaurantes, arcade, un parque de diversiones, tiendas y 2 grandes tiendas de helados.

Estamos convenientemente ubicado entre la autopista 17 de negocios y el océano. Myrtle Beach y todas las actividades están a menos de 10 millas de distancia.

Estamos ubicados en el extremo sur de la Grand Strand contigua playa de Surfside y Murrells Inlet.

Just what the doctor ordered!

Perfect cottage for a stay near the beach. Very comfortable - kitchen well stocked - lovely front porch with swing to enjoy morning coffee - comfortable back deck for afternoon sun. Pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend!

Great place!

It was a very nice place, very clean, plenty of cookware. We love to play games, so the table outside was where we stayed most of the time. We did have to go buy a fan for the porch, but that was our thing….it was hot when we were there. Donna Brown was very responsive to us, we did have to reach out to her once.I would recommend this property to a family of 4 for sure.

Good beach access

We enjoyed our stay. The property could be cleaned better (candy wraps and dust under the beds, dishwasher not clean), but nothing major. One toilet was not flushing properly, and though the owner/manager was alerted on the first night, no plumber came, nothing was done, and no one got back to us. We enjoyed the grill, the porch, and the beach cart. So, it could be even better, but still a great vacation, with easy beach access!

4th of July week

It’s been 3 years since we have taken a family trip to the beach. This was a great house for 4 adults and 4 kids. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the festivities of the 4th with the fly over and the parade down the road. The front porch is where we ate breakfast and dinner most days. We even sat there and watched the fireworks. When there was a small issue owners were in it! Completed we hope to go back!

Cozy cottage close to the beach

The house was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We enjoyed cooking our Thanksgiving dinner there, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. Televisions in living room and bedrooms have full cable. We weren’t able to access the Internet, but it wasn’t important enough to call the owner. We had a little bit of a problem with the door locks, but Donna was very quick to respond and help, and we were able to figure out the access. It was great that we could bring our dog with us. We all had a wonderful time.

Property Not as Advertised

We found the house not as clean as expected. Air conditioning didn't work at all in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, had a 2nd guest use the facilities downstairs on the 1st day and not clean up after themselves and the kitchen sink leaked.

Fam of 4 Vacay

My little family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather cooperated for the most part. Our dogs acclimated quickly to their surroundings (as usual) and loved the beach! They were celebrities in a matter of hours. My only suggestion would be is to invest in a new master king bed set. The current arrangement is pretty rough. The home is decorated so nicely!!! The dining table is a show stopper! The bar top is so cool, definitely one of a kind! So many cute updates & Reno’s that are not Visible on VRBO. Great location & plenty of room! Thank you for having my little family of 4. We will definitely return if you see fit. Kindest Regards, Fam of 4

The place was obviously newly renovated and looked even better than the posted pictures. Great location, easy checking in and out, beautiful house! Perfect for our needs and nice quiet area. My family, including our furry friends, loved it!

Great stay for our beach/baseball week

If you are looking for a lovely cottage in a quiet, walkable, oak-tree lined neighborhood that is just a few houses to the beach, this is it! The house is better than the photos depict - very comfortable and roomy. And extremely clean. There are two porches to choose where to relax/drink your morning coffee. The house is away from the bustle of Myrtle Beach yet close enough if you want the tourist bustle. The beach is very nice - wide, dog friendly and lots of families. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the house.

Nice place for a vacation

Great budget friendly home

I loved the front porch area, never much of a bug issue out there because of the constant sea breeze. The mature trees on the property kept the temps down even at mid day. The kitchen was fully stocked, though as a cook for constantly hungry 19 & 21 year old boys, I should have brought my big frying pan with me to cook with. The beach house decor was lovely and the dinning room table is a work of art. The beach is easy walking distance and there is public parking between the house and the beach, you just have to get there early to insure a parking spot. We got a golf cart mostly so we could go down to the Garden City pier without walking the mile it took to get there and to be able to go down to The Point, which only has golf cart parking available. The back door electronic door only worked the first day and sporadically after that, I am sure it was something I should have been able to figure out, but could not so we used the keys that were available. The second refrigerator in the laundry room area was great for the extra drinks we bought. I am sure that the washer & dryer are up on blocks to avoid water damage during storms, but it made it somewhat difficult to reach in to get my laundry out of the washer. The renter of the small house nearby was very nice and we where not at all bothered that she used the bottom porch area one night to sit out or used the laundry room occasionally. We would definitely come back for another family vacation.
