The photos make it seem like there are 4 bedrooms, so don't be fooled. There are only 2, as the description says.The shower knob was broken and the hot water lasted 5 minutes. Slept 5 not 6. I'm not counting the air mattress. Parking was VERY limited.The host was very responsive and friendly. Place was clean and cute.

Graduation Weekend

Everything was really nice!! They had a great description on how to get to the property and how to find the key, which made getting in late at night really simple! It was clean, extremely quiet, and great for a short weekend getaway! Would stay there again

Great Little Place

Overall- value hunters property esp if you book early. Easy enough walk to the grove and the Vaught. A little too far for me to the square, but doable for the inspired. Friendly neighbor and her doggy, Kali. Both are ready to chat. ;-) The only bummer was the tv is the size of a computer monitor.

Amazing location

We were at Ole Miss to move my daughter in. We were going to make a family vacation out of it with my husband and 4 kids. Because of factors out of our control, my husband and one child was not able to make the trip. When we arrived, we were very glad as there was not room for 6 as the listing stated. It would have worked if there was a sleeper sofa. I should have read the listing better. We are a family of runners so were excited to find the trail so close! Disappointed with the multiple nightly dogs barking, but realize that is out of the property owners control. Definitely served its purpose.

Smelled like cat urine

The moment we walked in the door, we were hit with the smell of cat urine. Even after opening all the windows and lighting candles, this smell was so overpowering it ruined our entire trip. In addition, the beds and pillows were very low quality, there were dead cockroaches in the kitchen, the carpet seemed to be moldy along the edges, the bed wasn't even sitting on the frame (had to jam it in so that it was flat). And the bathroom smelled terrible and the couch had holes and pet fur on it. Finally, the VRBO app would not let us access the messages from the owner, claiming that "we did not have access to this trip"...despite the trip being right on the screen in front of me.

Graduation visit

House was easy to get to. There were two flights of stairs to climb which I wasn’t aware of. Full size bed in one room, queen would have been better and 2 twins in the other. Biggest disappointment was the floors were sticky. My guess was residue from cleaner but felt gross on bare feet. Bathroom towels were stained. I had to go buy toilet paper as there wasn’t any and there was no trash can in the bathroom which is a must for women. The couch in the living room very used, had a cover on it but it looked dirty. The kitchen wall where the trash was located was dirty and the wall by the front door was dirty and blinds were damaged from probably from dogs. The deck was nice option to have for the extra space, but it was dirty. There was a Kerig coffee maker but only one pod for coffee. All in all I was very disappointed especially of what I paid to stay at this location.

Convenient location

This property is very close to the Ole Miss campus and the Whirlpool Trails. The property is exactly as described in the listing. Some of the neighbors were a little questionable and there was a dog barking nonstop the first night. The property manager was extremely helpful in getting the barking dog issue resolved. The unit did have a bit of a cat litter smell and a few dead bugs but was otherwise very clean. The beds were comfortable. A coffee table or folding table would be a nice addition.
