Spacious Beach House, two living rooms, Perfect for large Groups !

• No sleeping on a pullout sofa! New comfortable mattresses. Three king bed suites, connected to individual ensuites w/ double vanities (Two include separate water closets), enormous tiled walk-in showers including rain heads PLUS....two queen bedrooms sharing one full bathroom.

• Enjoy 24/7 partial view of the ocean from all windows and off of the front deck, view sunsets from the back deck on the upper level

• Conveniently located on the island close to the intersection of Atlantic Blvd and S. Fletcher Ave. The home is located on a double corner lot with safe access for biking through neighborhood behind the house. Egans Trail, the Y and downtown Fernandina Beach are accessible by bike.

• Enjoy an easy, 6- 7 minute stroll to the Sandbar, Sliders and Salt Life restaurants.

• Note: Kitchen, family room #1, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on upper floor (accessible from two sets of exterior stairs - no interior stairs). *Large spacious flex space with 80” TV and 1/2 BA is located on the lower (ground level). Gates are installed at the top of both exterior sets of stairs for extra safety for little ones.

Dan and Jackie reached our to us via phone to see if we has any questions about the check in and see if we had any questions. They were very accommodating to our needs. The place was perfect for our stay.

Fantastic! Awesome! Incredible!

We had a week stay with 3 daughters, 1 son in law and 3 grandkids (23, 16 and 2). Our sister and cousins stayed across the road. The house is a very short walk to the beach. It is a short 5-minute drive to the north and south beach restaurants. It's a 15 drive to the historic downtown. Jackie is tremendous host. She let us have a late check out to let my wife daughter and granddaughter get to the airport. We had great communication during the stay.If you want a perfect vacation home this is your place on Amelia Island.

It accommodated all nine of our family members really well. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do...beach, golf, food, fishing. Highly recommend.

Girls weekend

From start to finish we had the best experience with Dan and Jackie! Blown away that Dan contacted us to make sure we had dinner reservations as well as the right amount of beach chairs and a tent and anything we needed to know about activities in the area! In all my vrbo experiences the owner has never reached out. So appreciated. House is gorgeous in every way! We would go back tomorrow if we could!

This property is lovely, spacious and well appointed.The large bathrooms are extra beautiful The location is great with easy access to the beach and a short drive to town. The owners are super nice. We will be telling our friends about this wonderful rental.

Great property and location, perfect for families

Jackie was such an amazing host. She always responded promptly, provided recommendations and addressed our questions right away. It was a great stay, perfect for families. The access to the upstairs is from outside the house so just something to consider if multiple kids are staying there. Very clean, accessible and spacious house!

BEST PLACE EVER

8 adults celebrated my Mom’s 60th birthday and it was the perfect place! Spacious rooms with connecting bathrooms and the multiple living areas made it the perfect place. The short walk from the beach and golf cart ride to Downtown had us entertained all week! We also took advantage of the pickleball courts near by! Jackie was overly accommodating and very responsive! Will rent again!

Family Wedding Weekend!

Our stay at Jackie's Little Slice of Heaven was the perfect decision for our family during the week of our oldest daughter's wedding. There was enough space for everyone to have their own bedroom, the decor was stunning, the location was perfect (the groom was able to swim in the ocean several times before the wedding), communication was easy, and the first floor had a ping pong table! Jackie even shared some wedding advice prior to our stay, as her daughter was married at the same venue. We made special memories during our stay that our family will treasure for a lifetime. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home for our special occasion. Would highly recommend planning your large family events with a stay at a Little Slice of Heaven!!!

Grateful for the quick communication leading up, at checkin and during the stay. Clean, comfortable beds, beach chairs and wagon were helpful for beach time. Plenty of plates and cups for a large group.

Thanksgiving with Family

This house was a great fit for our family. We enjoyed it’s location , close to downtown Fernadina and the beach. We also enjoyed the ping pong table. It is beautifully decorated and pristine! Definitely a treat for our family!

Great Property for a Large Family

What a great place to spend quality time with adult children and grandchildren! This home was perfectly laid out with plenty of space in the four (out of five) bedrooms we occupied. Great proximity to the beach and downtown, we have nothing but rave reviews for process and property!

A Slice of Heaven - Just as Described!

We stayed at this wonderful home for a mother-daughter trip for 9 of us and it was perfect. Communication with Jackie was hands-down the best I've had in all of my experiences with VRBO and the home was even better than described. She has thought of everything to make the stay perfect. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the downtown area. We hope to be back again!

Awesome House!

Even before our arrival Jackie answered all my questions about pickle-ball courts. The house was located right across the street from the beach and close to some yummy restaurants. Only a few minutes from downtown Amelia Island. It had all the essentials, we cooked breakfast, made drinks and cooked dinner several times! The beds were very comfy and the house was very very clean!! Book it you won’t regret it!

We grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and currently reside in Alpharetta, Ga. We have been visiting Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach for 10 years. We have enjoyed all times of year here and have made many friends. We love the history of downtown Fernandina, bike riding on Egans Creek greenway, terrific local restaurants, breweries and shops, playing Pickle Ball in Centre Park, the weekly farmers market and watching the spectacular sunsets from the marina.

We fell in love with this 3 year old, spacious home and the opportunity to live across the street from the beach close to our favorite restaurants. Our home has plenty of space for ping pong and corn hole games. We really enjoy the breeze off of the water from the front deck while enjoying morning coffee and wine in the evening !
