House is beautiful but no privacy

House is very nice and clean .beds are very comfortable.shampoo,conditioner are very good quality,shower is large on first floor but no shower ,no shower on the second floor only jacuzzi tub .all pots and stocked kitchen.the only problem is no privacy ,neighbors are very close and change rentals ,very noisy and loud music

Wonderful House - Exceeded Expectations

There was much more to this house than even advertised. The owner was very helpful and made us feel at home. There was nothing lacking. Bed had super comfy mattress, with great bedding, blankets, and sheets included, so you don't have to bring your linen closet with you! Nice bathrooms with great water pressure. We want to come back with more friends as there were many bedrooms that all looked comfortable. The community gate experience was secure and simple. Neighborhood was nice and quite. Very close to Camelback Mountain Skiing and Tubing, Aquatopia, and Kalahari water parks. We slept in and went night tubbing at Camelback (open till 9PM). Another night we went to Mount Airy Casino (also very close). I got lucky at craps table and won $1000! It's not likely to win, but seemed like casino gave fair odds. There are lot's of nice restaurants around and house has full kitchen with everything you need for leftovers or cooking. House is very pet friendly. We had two small dogs, and they were very easy to take care of there. There is a sun room on the way to the backyard that makes it very easy to take them out in the back. The dogs loved the place. For us it was perfect.

Thankful For Our Thanksgiving Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay with the updated and cleanliness of the home. It provided everything you could of asked for. Minors things but not enough to complain about, nothings perfect. But If we had a complaint which is no fault of property owner the back yards are too close. The renters that came in behind us on Saturday was out all night on their deck til 3:30 am talking and laughing which could be heard while trying to sleep. I have rented other properties before and by far I was happy with this one. I’m hoping future renters will take care of this place for we will return again. Thank you!

Family getaway

Great area to stay with family and dogs! Owner is very nice and easy to talk to about all the questions i had. House was very clean and fun things to do in the house. Many games kept us busy. There are few pools in the area and lakes you can visit. Thank you for letting us stay in your house :)

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful and clean. Some homes in the community were not maintained - garbage all over, mailboxes overflowing, homes run down, seemingly abandoned; this should not deter you from renting this home. There were also many lovely houses, like this one, it was just sad to see the ones that were not taken care of because it makes the rest of the community look badly. People are very friendly and community was quiet and felt very safe. Nice place to walk.

Winter getaway

The pictures make the property look like it’s secluded. However it is not, it is right next to other neighbors and you can literally see into the backyard neighbors house. Not what we expected. The neighborhood is odd, junk laying outside of some people’s houses while others appear well kept. The property was mostly clean but could have been better. For instance the wall next to the shower there was dirt stains all over it… not exactly where you want to hang your towel. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it was in person. The property owner took a while ( a week) to answer my original question and expected forms to be filled out the day before arrival. The note on the form says it needs to be completed 2 days before. I’m glad we weren’t already traveling or completing the forms would have been difficult. There is no gate to this community, the gate house was under construction…. The stay was acceptable but I’m not certain we would choose to stay again.

Short Holiday getaway

Very nice house. Plenty of space & amenities. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The game area in the loft was a plus. Had some small issues but the owner was available anytime I reached out.

Everything we needed

This home was very clean and very organized as soon as we walked in. There were several family and kids games and spaces were thoughtfully set up. We appreciated all the blankets and towels that were available and the extra pillows just in case. The house was setup so it was perfect for the adults to lounge and the kids to play but also so the adults were able to play as well. Our Maltese was able to join us and we went on peaceful walks in the community. The check in process was easy at the main office. It was a bit tricky to figure out if the home was near the main office or if we needed to leave the gated area to get to the house. Once we trusted our GPS was taking us in the right direction we figured it out! Our stay was everything we needed for thanksgiving in a home away from home. Thank you Oksana!!

Pocono house.

Host was very accommodating. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. I hope they continue with updates on wood work. Had trouble getting hot water in downstairs shower but once host told us how to work shower knobs that problem was solved. Another thing had trouble with outlets working and where to turn on lights. Overall it met our needs.

Lovely home

Really nice house, clean and up to date, quiet neighborhood. Only downfall was we jacuzzi tub was broken but other then that it was a nice place to stay!
