Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $35 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. Perfect getaway

Friendly staff, amazing views, beach amenities and central location. Menu at beach and hotel the same, but lots of other great restaurants nearby. Concierge knows where to send you.

Excellent Location

We have stayed at Marenas resort twice. The location is excellent, staff are very pleasant and the on-site restaurant is great. The resort is close to many excellent restaurants.

Great views

The condo was great. Lots of room and an amazing view. It definitely could use some updates and a deep cleaning but overall a great stay. We didn’t use the amenities but still had to pay the resort fee which was not ideal.

Orange Bowl to the Beach

My brother and his son(12) met my son (18) and me at Orange Bowl and then stayed an extra day to enjoy Sunny Isles. Wish Inhad booked an extra night. Our 2 bedroom ocean-front condo was perfect for us. We watched the Corton Bowl our second night in the big living space.Lots of nice restaurants close by and a Publix for whatever you need for snacks.I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely amazing

I was shocked how nice this place is. The room is great above our expectations. The upstairs balcony was awesome with the Hottub. We loved the quiet beach area. Not super busy, good relaxing area. We will be saving this one and booking it again!! Thank you,

Wonderful Experience!

Everything about our stay was great! Check in was painless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Common areas, pools and beach were very nice. Units were just as listed, maybe even better! Fantastic beach and ocean views. Prompt response from property owner. Recommend this location and property owner and will stay here again.

Superb apt and view

The apt was perfection. I don’t want to write anything too good because then it won’t be available when I want it next! All kidding aside it was truly perfect size awesome view. The building and staff were so helpful and kind. Beach is right outside your room practically. Can’t wait to stay again.

Sunny Isles Vacation

The view and sea breezes were unmatched. So spectacular. Staff was accommodating and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend the additional resort fee unless you plan to spend lots of time in the sauna/pool/beach. With temps in the upper 90s, we found we just liked enjoying the balcony. It was Memorial Day weekend and the air show that was just off the beach was breathtaking from the vantage point of this condo.

Our 2 Week stay

We were forewarned of the construction taking place next door, but the noise was intolerable, could not enjoy sitting on any of the balconies. The kitchen was not equipped well enough to make a home meal. Breakfast was even difficult. The condo unit is dated and could really use a renovation and a good thorough cleaning.

Clean & friendly. No cushions on patio furniture like the online picture shows. There were some problems with the ice maker & laundry door . Property manager contacted & made sure it got fixed within a couple days :). The whole resort is squeak clean. Will stay at this resort again. Love SunnyIsle 🏝️ & Marena resort

Initially, I requested a property on the lowest floor possible and given the impression before I booked that the 14th floor would be available. However, the week or two before I was told that the owner could not confirm that level or me. I am extremely afraid of heights and this took away from my overall experience as I was placed on the 21st floor.

Great property - misleading ownership

WARNING: This is not managed by the property owner, it's a 3rd party Sales operation on commission. They kicked us out a night early from our confirmed reservation, with no offer to move us to another room in a huge hotel, or reasons why, leaving us scrambling to find another place in a foreign city. They eventually refunded the night they cancelled (after harassing/escalating to VRBO) but no other explanation, remuneration, or even a returned phone call. RENTERS BE WARNED. They will not help you once they take your money. These are the kind of sellers who give VRBO a bad name.

Hermosa vista al océano desde el piso 25. Departamento muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. Tener en cuenta que el resort fee diario y el parking no está incluido.
