This beautifully renovated chalet sleeps up to 10 guests in four en suite bedrooms.
Set on the edge of the busy village of La Clusaz, you'll be in a great location to take advantage of the pistes in winter (200m) and the wonderful hiking and biking trails in the Aravis mountains during the rest of the year.

With two double bedrooms on the ground floor, and two more on the second floor, it's a great place for two families who each want a degree of privacy, or for a group of friends. Families in particular will love the top floor suite, with a kingsize bed separated from two single beds. All of the kingsize beds can be arranged as twin beds if you prefer, making the sleeping arrangements very flexible.

The living area has been cleverly arranged so that the kitchen, dining area and seating area all enjoy the great view over the village and mountains. There's also a wraparound terrace with room to eat outside, or just sit in the sun and soak up the view from the jacuzzi.

NOTE: One dog is welcome free of charge per stay. Additional pets may be accepted with a 100 euro fee/pet. This will be payable on arrival by cash, bank transfer or cheque. Thank you for your understanding.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
