## Location- Summer/winter activities

Located in a quiet hamlet 2.5 km from the resort where there are car parks and departure points for alpine skiing (Manigod and al Clusaz) and cross-country skiing (Beauregard).
Access to the slopes from the chalet is also by ski bus, a ski bus shuttle stop is 200m from the chalet.

A family ski resort, Manigod is located in the Aravis massif, 30 km from Annecy. This authentic village overlooks the Thônes valley. The Manigod resort is an ideal ski resort for learning to ski. Ski-in/ski-out connection with the large La Clusaz area. Gourmets will be well served, we are in the land of farmhouse Reblochon (AOC zone). In summer, time for hiking and nature discovery activities.
In the immediate surroundings: ice rink and slide pool in La Clusaz, 2 golf courses and mini golf, cycling, water sports on Lake Annecy.

In La Clusaz and Manigod, life continues in the summer with the discovery of its lively mountain pastures between hiking and mountain biking, trails suitable for all levels and marked out in Saint Jean de Sixt, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod.
Direct access on foot from the chalet to the hiking trails around Manigod and the Beauregard plateau.

To cool off in summer, a heated outdoor swimming pool, in the heart of the Manigod resort (Col de Merdassier) located 8 minutes by car, is open during the 2 summer months, and Lake Annecy, classified " "purest lake" in France, is 30 minutes by car.
