Entry is on the ground floor with two-car tandem parking, 1 BR on second floor and entire third floor with open main room, quartz countertop, GE Monogram appliances, private patio w/ Weber grill, Master w/ en-suite shower, balcony and 2nd BR and bath

Enjoyed a long week in a top-level condo in a great location, with everything included, even bikes, beach gear and an EV charger so you can charge at night instead of losing week-end time at a busy supercharger!

This place was fabulous! Location was perfect. You can walk to the beach or the bay, walk to restaurants and Starbucks (you’ll understand if you have a teenage daughter…lol). The house was clean and had everything we needed. Alex is a great host with great communication. We will definitely be back.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS

This was our very first VRBO rental and it far exceeded all of my expectations. I honestly don't know how I'll ever be able to rent anything else that would compare. We had several friends who also rented different houses in our area during our stay and our house was exceptionally clean in comparison. It is decorated beautiful and it really felt like home for the week. I have 2 daughters: 12 years old and 10 years old and there was something to do for everyone. My husband and I and my kids absolutely loved the property, location, amenities left for our use. Alex was incredible to work with. So thoughtful and responsive. I give our overall experience a 10This is the best location and the best house! I can't wait to hopefully be back next summer.

Great family memory

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is modern and beautiful and is set in a great location. The host is very welcoming and the home was supplied with everything we needed. Walking distance to the bay or the beach. Our family had a great vacation!!!

Great town home in a great location. So close to the beach and the bay. The home was very clean and comfortable. The owner was great, quick to respond and provided excellent information about the home and the area. Believe what he says about parking in the garage, it is a tight fit. Thanks for a great week in San Diego.

Amazing stay!

We love visiting San Diego and now have found our spot. Having a modern space with a garage and walking distance to everything is hard to come by at the beach… this delivered and some. I also appreciated Alex’s communication and a welcome card and gift for us and the kids. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend!

Great Location and Beautiful House

The location of this property was perfect for our stay. One block from the beach and close to everything we needed. The house is well stocked with everything you'd need for a beach vacation including two bikes and chairs for the beach. Alex was a great communicator and really accomodated our every need. Our only misstep was having a rental vehicle that was too large for the garage and parking became a huge issue. Street parking is challenging because they do street sweeping twice a week (unbeknownst to us) we got a ticket, and pay attention to the parking lots because some don't allow overnight. We should have read the information that Alex provided in a folder. We had a Ford Expedition. There is no way that was going to fit in the garage. So we did a lot of searching for parking while we were there which was the only downside to our visit. Everything else was amazing.

A+ location and property

Best stocked property we have ever stayed.. our stay was so enjoyable. From the sound machines in every room to the luxurious wine glasses this property spared no expenses to have their guests spoil themselves! I definitely would recommend this property.

Soccer trip

Great place to stay! The house was very equipped in the kitchen, plenty of bath towels, and beach towels, and lots of accessories for the beach! We enjoyed the bikes as well! Short walk to the bay and ocean. The host was quick to respond. There was a broken shower head in the master otherwise everything else was in perfect working order. Thank you, Alex, for accommodating our family! I would stay here in the future! 😊

Perfect Location

This property is perfectly located between Mission Bay and Mission Beach. We were able to easily access the bay and ocean. The house was immaculate. The hike up the stairs was tough at times but still worth it. We spent a lot of time on the patios with our kids when we weren’t at the beach. There are beach toys, bikes, beach chairs, and anything else you can think of in the garage. We couldn’t believe everything that was available to us! We had a minor issue with the freezer, which the owner responded to quickly. He checked in on us to make sure that we checked in. There were gifts for our kids on the counter! This place is more than 5 stars! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect family spot

Our family with 3 young kids stayed here and it was a hit! The most well stocked and thoughtfully stocked place we’ve rented. Nice decorative finishes as well. They thought of everything, beach items, kitchen extras, kids loved the two boxes of toys in the bunk room. It was so sunny and clean! Loved morning walks along the bay and evening strolls on the busier boardwalk for sunsets. Parking was tight but it was very nice to have a spot. The hosts were easy to work with, very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was well. Would 100 percent recommend this place!

Great property, great location, great owner/manager

Very new and exceptionally well-stocked and well-maintained house nicely situated a few houses in either direction to Mission Bay or the Pacific Ocean (and beach boardwalk). Centrally located so easy drive to San Diego sites in all directions.

great place to stay for spring break! close to beach and nice clean property. easy contact with owner and everything was just as it should be for a long stay. well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. my kids had an awesome spring break. and the street was very aesthetic for teenage girl photos :)

Terrific Townhouse

Beautiful townhome, clean and accurately displayed in listing photos. Owner (Alex) very responsive and helpful. Great location- lots of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance and centrally located to enjoy all the SD area has to offer. I highly recommend staying here!

Great house in mission beach

This house was perfect for our family of four. Great location with an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. Alex was great at communicating with us before and during our trip. The garage is a tight fit so make sure you get a small suv or car. Would definitely stay here again!
