Here, life operates on one level. This house consists of a large, fully glazed common room facing the sea, integrating the living room and dining room, an independent kitchen, two bedrooms with a 160cm bed and a 140cm bed, and a through sleeping area with 1 90cm bed. A bathroom and a toilet complete the layout of the accommodation. Here, facing the Île-aux-Moines, the parade of boats is captivating.

The maritime cottage is nestled in a wooded park, shared with another house located further back. Parking is available near the house, under the maritime pines. The Port-Blanc jetty, a marina and embarkation point for the Île-aux-Moines, is accessible on foot through a small gate on the edge of the property. An ideal solution to enjoy the restaurants and beaches of the island without accessibility constraints and without any nuisance from overlooking.
